Just beyond the living room is a carpeted den area where there is a desk for the convenience of the executive or family to connect to with their laptop. The open floor plan continues as the living room opens into the dining room, where a gorgeously rustic, sunlit farm table able to seat 6-8 people rests in front of 4 large windows overlooking a lush, green, backyard filled with many different kinds of fruit trees. Three bar stools rest under a bar facing into the spacious, white kitchen fully equipped with all your cooking needs such as oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster oven, pots, pans, utensils, dishware, etc. As you pass through the kitchen, the hallway leads past a fully furnished pantry (popcorn maker, food processor, casserole dishes, etc.), past a full bath with a shower and tub, into a small bedroom with lots of natural light. Inside the bedroom is a comfortable twin bed, a small dresser, and a deep closet. Make a left when you leave this room and there is a very large bedroom with a queen size bed, 2 side tables and a dresser. A long closet stretches down the entire left side of the room, tons of storage. When you exit this room to the left you are back at the front door, but there’s more!
A short flight of stairs from the foyer gives easy access to the second level of this home. On this level, to the left there is a large bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, two nightstands with lamps, a dresser, a large closet, a round chair for lounging with a reading light, and a gorgeous view into the backyard. When you leave this room, there is a full bath on the left with shower/tub combo. When leaving the bathroom to the left there is a washer and dryer on the right and another large bedroom straight ahead. This bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed, a dresser with mirror, and a closet.
When you are in the mood for some outdoor time, head to the large backyard. If you’re in the mood to relax around a campfire, there is a fire pit with a picnic table and enough seating for 12. So, grab some marshmallow and hot dogs and enjoy!
