As you take the short drive from the beachy local downtown shops and restraunts to Dunelawn Dr, you will notice that you have just arrived in a cozy, but vibrant beach town. The short road curves with the marshlands so that you can walk right into downtown town, the main beach and boardwalk, or enjoy the quiet privacy of your vacation spot. Situated on an elevated piece of land, this location overlooks the marshlands, main beach, Ogunquit Beach Lobster House Restaurant, and sleeps 6 people!!
There is one space to park your vehicle in a covered garage. When you enter into the garage, you will notice there is a spacious area for you to store all of your adventure gear! Kayaks, skis, bicycles, paddle boards, hiking gear, etc.! Don't forget to bring your swim gear; beautiful Main Beach is less than a five-minute walk away! You'll want to take along a bucket or a small tote to carry your sea-treasures back with you! Beach towels are provided for sand castle fun.
Entering the building, you will find an elevator that will take you to the second floor of the condominium. As you step off, you will notice the beautiful blue walls with colorful flowers, a beautiful winding staircase that leads to the third and first floors, and a plush blue rug that will lead you to the condo.
As you are entering the condo, you will find a sunny and contemporary kitchen and dining area.
This family friendly area features a bar so that the chef in your family can
interact with everyone while cooking up your favorite meals. The kitchen is perfectly
equipped with everything you might need and more. We've stocked it with all the latest
kitchen gadgets! To your right, you will find a large china cabinet that contains all of
your china needs.
Situated behind the bar is a dining room table for six, with views that will take your
breath away, and that carry through into the living room area where you and your
family can enjoy the marsh scene, play games together or just relax on the sectional
couch or sit in a comfortable chair and enjoy your time away. On chilly nights, you can
light the fireplace to bring warmth throughout. Facing the marshland, main beach, and
Walkway Bridge is a panorama view open deck that is attached to the family area. If
you prefer to eat outdoors, there is a dining set for 6 out on the deck.
Located on the other side of the condo you will find the first bedroom, which is queen bed equipped with L.L. Bean Bedding and made with quality and comfort in mind! Situated on both sides of the bed, you will find elegant wooden nightstands with beautiful lamps. There is also a
gentleman’s’ dresser, which is four drawers and open
cabinet for hanging shirts. As you wind down the night, you can enjoy a great movie on
the Smart TV in the room as well.
As you continue walking through the first bedroom, you will find the laundry room situated on the left. There are many shelves inside, which make for great spaces to store your clean laundry. The laundry room is equipped with laundry supplies as well.
As you continue to walk down the hallway, you will find a closet to your right that is equipped with the many cleaning supplies that you may need throughout your visit. You will also find 6 L.L. Bean Beach Chairs that will help you acquire a beautiful suntan while sitting on the main beach only a few steps away!
Located directly beside the hall closet, you will find a door that opens into a staircase. This staircase will lead you out to the beautifully manicured courtyard.
As you continue your walk through, you will find the second bedroom that is also a queen bed equipped with L.L. Bean Bedding and made with quality and comfort in mind. Situated on both sides of the bed are nightstands with lamps that give off plenty of light, perfect for late night reading or early morning coffee drinking. This bedroom has a spacious closet with built in shelves and velvet hangers! For all of your clothing needs, there is also a three-drawer dresser. For entertainment, a Smart TV is provided!
On the other side of the hallway you will find the main full size bathroom. Both bathrooms have full sets of L.L. Bean towels and Maine-made soaps!
Straight ahead you will find the entrance to the master suite and bathroom. The master bathroom provides the convenience and privacy for an afternoon soak while overlooking the courtyard, if preferred. The lucky occupants will first notice the 270degree window views of the well-manicured courtyard. Inside the room you will find a queen-size bed with two glass lamps that sit on top of two night stands, his and her closets that have plenty of shelving and luxurious velvet hangers. Included is an amour and dresser that will be perfect for storing clothes.
This home is available in 3 different seasons. We provide year-round mowing, and snow removal.
Area Amenities: It's a short 5-minute walk or bike ride to the main beach and the downtown area that is overflowing with local shops and restaurants. This is a pleasantly old and proud Maine Beach Town.
