It is like a breath of fresh air when you walk through the front door of our cottage. With the open floor layout and chic beach decor, you instantly feel relaxed, welcomed and at home.
In the sitting area, we have two couches and a chair that surrounds a circle coffee table and faces a 42 inch flat screen TV. A square, 8 person table is to the right of the sitting area and is perfect for eating meals, playing games or just hanging out together. The back door leads to a small deck that is great to hang beach towels off of, and an enclosed yard where you can keep beach gear and take an outside shower. The galley kitchen is connected to the sitting area and is a great size to prepare meals. Large windows line the walls creating amazing natural lighting!
The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, a dresser and closet for storing clothes, a flat screen TV, and DVD player. The stacked washer/dryer is tucked into a smaller closet in this room as well. The bathroom is at the end of the hall with a walk-in shower, soap dispenser, bath mats and hand towel.
Upstairs you will find the three other bedrooms and bathroom with a tub/shower and same amenities as the downstairs bathroom. 'Bedroom 2' has a king sized bed, large dresser and closet, flat screen TV, DVD player and access to the upper deck. 'Bedroom 3' is very spacious and has two queen sized beds, a large dresser, closet, flat screen TV, DVD player and access to the upper deck. 'Bedroom 4' has two twin beds, large dresser, closet, flat screen TV, and a DVD player. All the bedrooms have new comforters and windows with adjustable blinds.
The covered, front porch is on the second level, so you have privacy plus a beautiful, unobstructed view of the beach access and dunes at the end of the block. There is a outdoor table with six chairs for gathering, sightseeing, and relaxing, as well as a lounge area with 2 cushioned arm chairs and a love seat- my personal favorite!
