After a day at the beach, return to this well-appointed home for more fun. Enjoy some outdoor grilling with amazing views, game of basketball or croquet. Even more fun can be had in the upstairs game room (perfect entertainment on a rainy day) or simply relaxing with friends or family in the HUGE living room area where you have access to (2) two balconies overlooking the fabulous Isle of Wight Bay.

The 2nd Level Suite offers an adjustable REMOTE POWER CONTROL KING SIZED BED, DOUBLE LEATHER POWERED RECLINING SOFA, coffee bar with small fridge and a sliding door to the East Facing Balcony with a view of the Isle of Wight Bay to enjoy the fabulous sunrise. No need to go the kitchen, as the small coffee station and fridge is right there for you. This extra-large bedroom boasted a large on-suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and a Jacuzzi tub for two. This room also would not be complete without a large 65" flat screen TV and DVD for your enjoyment.

Also on this level you will find the 2nd bedroom Junior Suite which has QUEEN BED, Flat Screen TV/DVD along with a full private on-suite (shower only)
The large laundry center is located on the 2nd level in the hallway closet close to both suites.
Take the “elevator” or walk the stairs to the 3rd Level where you will be greeted by the Mermaid waterfall and transform into the breathtaking view of the open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen areas. Floor to ceiling window with magnificent views of the Isle of Wight and skyline of Ocean City, Md. Relax on the large L-shaped sectional leather sofa with built in power-controlled recliners. Just kick back and get comfortable while watching the 60" flat screen TV or DVD, or gazing out to the Isle of Wight Bay. Yes, this room will comfortably seat 16 guests!

KITCHEN & DINING
Sharpen your culinary skills in the spacious kitchen outfitted with granite countertops. With a view of the deck, you can watch the boats in the Isle of Wight Bay, while preparing a scrumptious snack or meal.
Serve meals at the four -person kitchen counter, or opt for a more intimate meal at the formal dining table with seating for eight. The Gourmet Kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances and granite counter tops, along with being completely stocked for the chef/baker in the group. The kitchen offers plenty of plates, cups, utensils, pots and pans, toasters, blenders, coffee pots, etc.
The formal dining room table offers seating for eight (8) along with bar stools (4) at the kitchen counter. The owner has provided (4) extra folding chairs, plus an extra leaf for the table (located in the garage) to make the dining table a gather feast for the whole gang.
On this level you will also find the 3rd Bedroom with a QUEEN Bed with Flat Screen TV and DVD. This bedroom shares the Full bathroom complete with tub/shower in the hall.
Take the stairs to the 4th Level top floor where you will find a spacious room that will intrigue the younger guests, equipped with a 42” TV, Xbox/WII and sleeping for six (6) This is a TRIPLE (doubles) BUNK BED. There is a full bath located on that floor (Shower only)
This home comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests offering four (4) bedrooms and four (4) baths, plus an additional private 1 bedroom apartment on the lower level of the home. Perfect for the additional family or friends that need extra quiet time or alone time.
The BONUS PRIVATE APARTMENT is complete with 1 Bedroom with DOUBLE BED and has a QUEEN SLEEP SOFA in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen and TV/DVD. This apartment is not accessible from the main house. You must enter from the lower level door.
The owners are happy to allow guests to bring their 4 legged family members. There is a 20lb weight limit and a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00. The owners have fenced in a portion of the yard, along with pet doors for easy access to the area. We ask that you please be mindful of the neighborhood and clean up after your pet.
This lovey home is situated in a residential area where most of the homes are occupied by year-round locals.
The owners are happy to cater to family members that may have disabilities. The elevator is accessible from the garage up to the 3rd floor area.

After a day at the beach, outlet shopping or boardwalk take a leisurely bike ride around the local neighborhood or ride the bike over to the marinas to see sport fishing boats arrive to weigh in their catches.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Guest agrees this Agreement may not be assigned or the Property sublet for any reason and understands all monies will be forfeited in the event of cancellation. In the event Guest requests a cancellation of a Lodging Agreement, AGENT will make every reasonable effort to re-rent the Property pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Lodging Agreement with the Guest. Under such circumstances: (a) If AGENT is able to re-rent this Property for the same dates of stay for the same amount or greater, or/if the Owner elects, prior to check-in date, to use their Property, the Guest will be entitled to a refund of all amounts paid under the Lodging Agreement, less a penalty of sixteen percent (16%) of the total amount due under the Lodging Agreement, and less AGENT’s prevailing processing fee, as referenced on the Booking Confirmation Page ( hereinafter the “Processing Fee”), (b) if AGENT is able to re-rent this Property for the same dates of stay, but only for a lesser amount, the Guest will be entitled to a refund of all amounts paid under the Lodging Agreement, less a penalty of sixteen percent(16%) of the total amount due under the Lodging Agreement, less the Processing Fee, and less the difference between the amount of the original booking and the amount for which AGENT was able to re-rent the Property, and, (c) if a Guest requests a cancellation of the Lodging Agreement thirty (30) days or more in advance of the scheduled Check-in date, and AGENT is unable to re-rent this Property for the same dates of stay, the Guest will forfeit one-third (1/3) of the full Lodging Agreement amount called for under the Lodging Agreement, plus the Processing Fee, and any remaining amounts collected from the Guest will be returned to the Guest. If, however, a Guest requests a cancellation of the Lodging Agreement less than thirty (30) days in advance of the scheduled Check-in date, and AGENT is unable to re-rent the Property for the same dates of stay, Guest will forfeit the full Lodging Agreement amount called for under the Lodging Agreement, plus the Processing Fee, and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund of these amounts.
