Parking Notes: Parking spaces are marked in the open garage under the building. Another spot is located next to the pool. Spaces are marked '402'. Please only park in your assigned spaces or you may be subject to tow at owner's expense. Vehicles that cannot fit under the garage should turn into the condo area off of Coastal Highway just passed the cross street and use the parking space by the pool. Max headroom is posted as 7'.
Water Access: Condo is bayfront but there is no access to bay here. Ocean access is across Coastal Highway. Please only cross at designated crosswalks.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
