Our Palm Garden Beach Estate is a 1 1/3 acre tropical property, only shared by 3 units.

The Hibiscus Suite is on the ground level in the historic main building. It has two bedrooms, one bath, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area, a large living room and dining room. Flat screen TV, DVD and stereo and WI FI are provided.

The Gulf Breeze Suite is on the second level in the historic main building. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with bar and breakfast area, a large living room with vaulted ceiling and dining area, and with flat screen TV and stereo and WI FI.

The Tree House is a free standing home, which used to be the guest house in the estate. The Tree House is one bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with flat screen TV and stereo and WI FI.
The electrically heated pool is shared by the 3 units.

Our Palm Garden Beach Estate is located in Nokomis, less than a mile from a beautiful shell beach on the exclusive, unspoiled island of Casey Key, and only about 20 minutes from Siesta Beach, which has just been selected as the #1 Beach in the USA. If you would like to watch dolphins, pelicans, other water birds and Manatees, then Nokomis Beach is paradise for you. Nokomis is a small community that is ideally situated between Sarasota and Venice. You can reach Siesta Key with some of the finest, whitest sand of the world and Sarasota with its cultural offerings, restaurants and sights in about 20 minutes. It will only take you 5 minutes to get to the smaller town, Venice, with its charming, pretty centre. Palm Garden is perfect for you if you are looking for relaxation and calm, yet close to the sights of the area.

Endless activities outside of Nokomis are accessible within a few minutes by car: The museums and theatres of Sarasota, the old town and shops of Venice, the big malls and outlet centers, world class dining, golf courses, tennis courts, bike trails, boating and so much more.
To Tampa/St. Petersburg it takes you 1 hour by car. There you will find Bush Gardens and the water park named Adventure Island or you want to visit the Dali Museum or explore The Pier or are you more interested in the Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI)?
To Orlando you will drive 2 hours. All the theme parks are a highlight, but just to stroll through downtown is worth going there as well.
You will reach the Everglades to the south within a 2 hour-ride, passing e.g. Fort Myers with the opportunity to visit the Edison&Ford Winter Estates.

-Legacy trail of Sarasota County: 10 miles long biking and hiking trail (starts at South Sarasota ends at the old train station in Venice)
-South Shetty on Casey Key: 5 minutes by car to the south. Take your time and observe dolphins, manatees, ospreys, pelicans, sandpipers, egrets, blue herons and much more. We even saw a manta ray on one of our bike tours over the island of Casey Key!
-You love to visit theatres, musicals, concerts, the ballet, the opera or a museum? This is just a small bit of what the area has to offer: Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall Sarasota, Asolo Theatre Sarasota, Venice Little Theatre, The John & Mable Ringling Museum of Art Sarasota, Asian Museum Sarasota, Salvador Dali Museum St. Petersburg, Museum of Fine Arts St. Petersburg, The Players Sarasota, Friday Evening Walk through the opened artist studios in Sarasota, Florida Studio Theatre Sarasota and of course all the open air concerts with all different styles of music.
-Golf: There are around 30 golf courses in the Sarasota area. The closest semi-private one is the Calusa Lakes Golf Club in Nokomis – 15 minutes by car.
