A natural entrepreneur who had businesses in many countries of the world has created Elizabeth's Café to be an eventual franchising concept. Elizabeth's is now the hottest eating spot in Newport! All of her customers have been amazed at the astounding consistency of her food and the business boosts a 90% repeat easting spot in Newport, including very, VERY notable celebrities. People come from all over the globe to partake of a feast for the gods. And the eclectic Victorian dining room is a feast for the eyes as well. The ambient music can be Sinatra, Pavarotti, Miles, Ella, or Mozart. Elizabeth is a master of blending fabulous flavors and textures not to be found anywhere else… period. Elizabeth has created everything and uses her own intuitive approach. The food is not cutesy-cutesy nouvelle cuisine. It is completely unique.. country… earthy.. and unquestionable delicious. The house, special, Bouillabaisse ala Elizabeth, takes over the entire table and is a sight to behold.
