This lovingly restored one bedroom, one bath apartment is perfect for a romantic getaway. Enormous pocket doors, high ceilings, and a floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the porch are just a few of the architectural details to delight the eye. The well equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal, if you ever get tired of dining out. The living room is large and comfortable with satellite TV, WiFi and a convertible sofa. The bedroom has a memory foam queen size bed and a black-out roman shade for the mornings you want to sleep in. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom so it is best suited for a couple or a small family. High quality linens and towels are provided. Street parking is usually easy to find. Off-street parking may be available across the street.
Check-in is any time after 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. My husband or I will arrange to meet you upon arrival. We live in Apt 4, another unit in the building and can be available to answer questions and give recommendations if you so desire.
Maximum occupancy is 2 adults, per the City of New Orleans. One child can be added for an additional fee.
Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior, publicly accessible areas of our home.
Some Special Events and stays of 30 days or longer may require a larger refundable Security Deposit and/or additional cleaning fees, to be determined at time of booking.
All sales and deposits are final for Special Events (defined as any period with rates that differ from the standard nightly rate).

No refund for Special Events or less than 30 days.
We take reservations up to 6 months in advance. Reservations are not guaranteed until first payment is received; an inquiry does not hold the property and prevent others from booking.
To comply with City Regulations, we are currently only permitted for stays of 30 days or more. We provide 1 cleaning during a 30 day stay. If you would like more frequent cleanings we are happy to provide them for an additional cost.
A signed Lease Agreement and a Photo ID are required.
For stays of 30+ days there is an $80/month cap on electricity. We require a $250 deposit upon arrival to cover eventual overages. If unused, the utility deposit will be returned immediately upon check out.Get the full listing »
