In the post-Sandy environment, a flood of emergency regulations have been adopted, governing how re-building can proceed. How do these new regulations affect commercial buildings? What do they portend for areas of the state not affected by Sandy? Those questions and more will be answered by panel discussions slated for NAIOP New Jersey’s Regulatory Update Seminar. The event is scheduled for June 4, 2013 at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick.
