We had the chance to work with an EPIC decorator who has her finger on the pulse and it shows in our BRAND NEW home! The use of color brings our house alive while keeping the feel of relaxation, luxury, and "vacation".
Our home is located in one of Nashville’s hottest areas, Wedgewood Houston. “WeHo” is an eclectic area filled with a mix of vintage cottages and new homes but it’s also home to some of Nashville’s best restaurants, coffee shops, distilleries and art galleries!! Built in 2018, our 1,915 square foot contemporary home is a perfect getaway for your stay in Nashville. Our home is thoughtfully decorated and set up with all the amenities you would find in a hotel but better :) (Please see our complete amenities list on the listing). Although we don't serve breakfast, there is complimentary coffee, tea and light snacks.
LAYOUT: 3 Levels (see photos for description as well)
FIRST LEVEL: Entrance through front door or back garage.
-Bedroom 1 (The Master Room) is located downstairs and is furnished with a King bed, television, closet and an en suite full bathroom with shower.
SECOND LEVEL: It's great that this level is separated from the floors with bedrooms as you can hang out here and not disrupt anyone sleeping! For additional sleeping, our living room sofa pulls out into a COMFORTABLE Queen size bed.

THIRD LEVEL: You'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the top level.
-Bedroom 2 (The Sky Room): Queen-size bunk beds (175-lb weight limit on top bunk), Twin sleeper loveseat, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with shower.
-Bedroom 3 (The Emerald Room) and Bedroom 4 (The Sunset Room) have Queen size beds and both have access to the 2nd upstairs super spacious Jack & Jill bathroom.
-Super comfy brand new memory foam mattress on all beds.
-Central Heating, Cooling, and Ventilation system.
-Kitchen fully equipped with cookware, dishware, some spices, etc. Drip coffee maker with some beans and a coffee grinder to get you started.
-Laundry room with full size, brand new washer and dryer available for guest use!
-Parking for 2 cars ONLY. Parking is allowed in front of our garage doors marked “F”. Please respect our neighbors and do not park in front of their garages.
-Dining table for 8 plus a counter height island with stools in kitchen area to gather for meals, games, or to serve as a work desk.
-Comfortable and stylish living room to hang out in and watch TV on a 55 inch flat screen Smart TV. Provided is approximately 50 channels from our digital antennas, Netflix, Hulu and other apps can be accessed. ( we also have a TV in the master as well as the bonus room! )
-We provide some coffee beans, creamer, sugar, light snacks, some water bottles and sparkling water to get you started.
-Fresh bed linens provided. We layout towels, wash cloths, travel size shampoo and shower gel on each bed. 3 hair dryers, one iron & ironing board, *initial round* of toilet paper, paper towels, & coffee provided, if you need more, you can stock up from the nearby Kroger grocery store 2 miles away.
***HOUSE RULES/AGREEMENT MADE UPON BOOKING***
We're excited to have you! A great deal of passion went into setting up our Nashville home so that it would be beautiful to experience for ALL. We assume all of our guests will be respectful and excellent, but we still want to make sure you understand our rules and expectations so we're all on the same page. Please help us preserve our house for yours and others' future stays by accepting these rules before you book:
-There is NO smoking allowed inside the property. If smoking outdoors, please keep doors and windows closed so the smell does not enter the house.
- Absolutely NO pets whatsoever allowed ON or IN the property. We and other guests have severe pet allergies and we want to keep this property pet free.
-Absolutely NO major parties. If you're looking to book our place to throw a party, we have exterior security cameras that would allow us to see if there is a party going on and how many guests are ACTUALLY staying at the house. We're ok with small celebrations with the allotted amount of guests allowed/booked for (no more than 12). Please be sure to notify us when booking if that is your intent.
-Decorations: Absolutely NO GLITTER please! Glitter will stay for years and is very difficult to get rid of. Any decorations you put up must all be taken down including any tape residue. Any tape residue or damage found on walls do to your decorations may result in being charged.
-Please leave the house in the condition you entered it in. THE CLEANING FEE DOES NOT COVER EXCESSIVE MESS. The $120 fee is to cover the expense hiring our awesome cleaner, Meagan, to clean all linens, kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, dusting, sanitizing, and up-keeping the house. It does not include her cleaning up after any disrespectful messes left behind (excessive trash left out that's not placed in the provided trash bins, spills on the floors, rugs, or walls, excessive amount of dirty dishes, personal biohazards left out, etc.) Please follow easy/common check-out instructions we'll have provided you. If you follow those, you’ll be in perfect shape.
-Please communicate with us about anything that has been broken during your stay. Any excessive mess or damaged items MAY result in withholding of deposit. We are reasonable hosts and will understand if accidents happen, but please do not try to "hide" it from us as we want to make sure everything is taken care of or fixed before our next guests come to enjoy our property.
-RESPECTING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. Remember, you're not renting a hotel room, you're renting a house in a neighborhood where people live. We ask that you respect our neighborhood and neighbors by keeping your exterior noise level down at ALL times during the day. ANY complaints received from our neighbors (whether noise or just being a disturbance in any way) will result in withholding of deposit.
-Internet Use: NO illegal downloading of any sort, no p2p file sharing. (we had to fine a guest for this because my internet company flagged the illegal internet usage and fined me).
-No illegal activity of any kind allowed.
CANCELLATIONS (credit card transaction fee applies):
100% Refund if cancelled 30 days or more out from your reservation date.
50% Refund if cancelled 2 weeks to 29 days out.
No refund if cancelled less than 2 weeks.
EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:
Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please do not ask on day before or the day of arrival as we will NOT honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit.
The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.
Our guests will have access to the entire house and garage except for a locked closet in the kitchen.
Interaction with Guests:
We're available via messaging through the booking site during the entire booking process up until you arrive and throughout your stay. We travel a lot and this is not our primary residence, so we've partnered with our friend, Steph, who will be your point of contact DURING your stay in Nashville for any emergencies.
You will have a detailed guest book available at our property with tips on how to work the TV's, locate the trash bins, check-out instructions, and will also serve as a local guide for our favorite Nashville restaurants and bar recommendations.
Wedgewood-Houston (sometimes referred to as “WeHo“) is one of Nashville’s fastest developing neighborhoods. With easy access to Downtown Nashville, the Wedgewood Houston area puts you in close proximity to Nashville's other hot spots such as the Gulch, Edgehill Village, 12 South, Melrose, and Hillsboro Village...all of which are chock full of coffee shops, bars, restaurants and some of the best shopping Nashville has to offer!
Uber and Lyft are GREAT to use in Nashville. They're always about 2 min. away when you are ready to request, and you can get just about anywhere in Nashville for $10 or less. If you decide to rent a car, the driveway can only park two cars.
