Enjoy your time in Nashville in our 3-story townhome with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining room, and living room! If you have more than 8 people, we also have a second unit in the same complex — you can rent both and sleep up to 16! (See below for more details.)

— BEDROOMS —
The upper level has a master suite with a queen size bed, Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom (with a massive walk-in shower). The second upper level bedroom features 2 queen size beds and an en-suite bathroom (with shower/tub combo). The third bedroom is on the first floor and has a twin bed with a second twin bed that can be pulled out from underneath. 8 people can sleep very comfortably, and all linens are provided. All bedrooms have plenty of closet space and hangers, and luggage racks. Every sleeping area even has a white noise machine to help drown out ambient sounds and black-out curtains for the perfect night sleep!
— BATHROOMS —
Both upper level bedrooms have their own bathroom, one with a combination shower-tub and one with a huge walk-in shower. There's also a half-bathroom on the second level (along with the kitchen, dining, and living room). We've got you covered with towels, toiletries, full-length mirrors, hair dryers, and iron/ironing board. There’s also a washer and dryer so you can easily throw in a load of laundry if you run out of skivvies or experience a wardrobe malfunction!
— HANG TIME —
The living room has ample comfortable seating — just wait till you feel that velvet couch! There’s a large screen Smart TV with Netflix/Hulu (which you can sign into using your own accounts) and YouTube TV so you can watch live tv on Nashville’s local/basic stations. The record player and vinyl collection provides perfect background music, and we’ve got board games for you to enjoy a rainy-night-in. There’s bar seating in the kitchen as well as a dining table, and of course there's high-speed WiFi accessible throughout the home.
— DINING IN —
The fully-stocked kitchen has everything you'd need to cook and enjoy meals together. There's a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cookware, dishes, utensils, drinking glasses, and more. We’ve also provided a coffee pot with coffee, sugar, and creamer, as we know how important this morning ritual is. The dining table and kitchen bar area make eating-in a breeze.

If you're in town for work, or just need to catch up on emails, rest assured we've got high-speed WiFi and multiple dedicated workspace areas throughout the house.
— FAMILY TIES —
We have a pack-n-play, high chair, baby bath, children's books, and children’s dinnerware available if you're traveling with young ones. There's also a tub in one of the bathrooms to make bath time much easier. (And the washer & dryer will certainly come in handy!)
— PARKING —
There's a private garage with space to park 2 compact cars or 1 larger vehicle (depending on size). (Right now, there isn't space for additional parking on the premises. Construction is still ongoing for other townhomes on the lot, so parking is limited to the garage only.)

East Nashville is the foodie/artist/hipster epicenter of Nashville, with a fun, artsy vibe. There are tons of incredible restaurants, coffee shops, bars, boutiques, parks, and music venues within just a few square miles. You'll fall in love with this part of the city!

Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM or later, and check-out is 11:00 AM. In some cases it may be possible to arrange in advance for earlier check-in or later check-out for an additional fee.

We are fully permitted and abide by all local and state regulations governing short-term rentals, including the remittance of hotel occupancy and sales & use taxes. — HOUSE RULES —
+ Be a kind and considerate human, and treat the place as if it were your favorite aunt's. Remember that the home belongs to real people; please leave it just as neat and tidy as you found it.
+ No drugs, pets, rowdiness, or glitter. (Can't believe we needed to add that last one, but we did.)
+ While families and children are always welcome, make note that the home is not child-proofed. The guest assumes all liability and expenses to repair damages/loss when making a reservation to stay with us.
+ Smoking is only permitted *outside* and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. (No ifs, ands, or butts about it.) No smoking in the home or in the garage at any time.
+ Remember you’re staying in a residential neighborhood, sharing our personal home. We care about our neighbors and our community, so please be sensitive and respectful with your volume levels. While we absolutely want you to have a great time while you’re here, please keep the partying on Broadway and not in our home or neighborhood. Nashville city quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am daily. (Noise violations and/or complaints will result in termination of the reservation without refund. So, seriously... Be respectful of others.)
+ Bachelorette / bachelor / birthday and other celebrations are permitted so long as all house rules are respected, the person making the booking assumes responsibility for the group as well as the home & its contents, and all guests agree to be mindful of our beloved neighbors and our cherished home. Only wall-saver tape is permitted for hanging decorations, and all decorations must be removed and disposed of at check-out. Any damage to walls, ceilings, paint, etc. will be charged to the guest.
+ For liability reasons, only those guests specifically accounted for in the reservation are permitted on the property. No additional guests are allowed for any length of time. Attempts made to bring undisclosed guests/visitors onto the property will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
+ Communicate any breakages or damage. We understand accidents happen, so just let us know if one does. Usually we can address these sorts of things quickly and effortlessly if we’re informed in a timely manner — which means you're more likely to have your full security deposit returned.
+ While appliances and other household equipment are believed to be in good working condition, some deficiencies only present themselves while they’re continuously used by guests. We reserve the right to take up to 24 hours to tend to non-emergency issues. Remember that this is an independently-owned home and we are therefore at the mercy of subcontractors’ availability for service and repairs. If we are unable to get an appliance or other equipment up to habitable standards (as determined by us), we will do all we can to relocate guests to an adequate property, or, if we are unable to do so, refund the remaining cost of the stay so they can seek alternate accommodations. In the rare instance this occurs, note that we cannot be held financially responsible for new accommodations.
+ We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that may occur while on the premises, or for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By making a reservation, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
+ Follow check-out procedures (they’re easy peasy) and return the home in the condition you found it.
