The only thing we love more than our house is the neighborhood and our neighbors! Enjoy making our house your home base for you stay in East Nashville.
We live a few blocks away and take pride in the fact that we manage this property (and our former home) ourselves. We are also native Nashvillians who love talking about our town and we are happy to help you with whatever you need during your stay!
Lockeland Springs in East Nashville is very walkable with almost nothing but local establishments - you could stay in Lockland Springs for an entire weekend and not be able to visit all of the great places that the neighborhood has to offer!
-"Five Points" is the most well known area of East Nashville with over a dozen bars and restaurants - less than 1 mi. away.
-"Walden/3 Points" is another very popular area with some of our favorite restaurants and coffee shops - also less than 1 mi. away
-"The Fatherland Shoppes" is a newly developed area under a mile from the cottage featuring many of Nashville restaurants' first Eastside locations & also features a plethora (20+) of local shoppes unique to East Nashville.
-"Main Street" & "Woodland Street" - the main corridors in East Nashville and many new establishments are taking advantage of a revitalization of the street.
-"Shelby Park" is the largest park in the city and is only a few blocks away, complete with a greenway, lake, baseball field, dog park and much more.
Park in front of our house on the street with sidewalks or leave your car and take a 5 minute cab/Uber to downtown Nashville. The closest bus stop is two blocks from our house. Or just use your feet and walk less than 1 mile to 5 Points where there are 'Nashville Bycycles' available for rent or just three blocks to the Walden Development, complete with coffee, restaurants, bars and shops!
The City of Nashville requires all hosts to display their permit number and they also take noise/nuisance complaints very seriously. Our Airbnb Permit would be at risk should any of our neighbors file a noise/nuisance complaint. We have longstanding great relationships with our neighbors so please respect them as if they were your own neighbors! Our house is NOT a 'party house'...we are grateful to our guests for understanding and respecting this rule! Thanks!Get the full listing »
