The Grill Club follows a great tradition of the Brazilian "gauchos." After a long day of herding cattle, they got together to cook CHURRASCO; "The Brazilian Barbecue." The original formula was to coat the meat with coarse salt to sear in the juices and add flavor during cooking. Now, as in the part, the Grill Club offers innovative ways of cooking premium meat, on long skewers slowly roasted in an open fire.
There is no menu, roaming gauchos will be cooks and servers, and they will come to your table to generously care the meat in a "Rodizio" continuous service style, until you "flip" your stop sign. You will be able to delight your palate with over 15 cuts of premium beef, lamb, pork and chicken. That will be enough to romance any meat eater, but there's a lot more. You will also be offered a great selection of over twenty dishes from our exciting buffet of gourmet appetizers, salad, soups, cold cuts and fine cheeses. A variety of Brazilian side dishes of brick oven breads, fried bananas, crispy polenta and mashed potatoes are brought to each table replenished throughout the meal.
