Boy's bedroom contains white Pottery Barn Full Size Loft bed with desk underneath and full size Eurolounger coach/bed. Stainless steel gas grill and outdoor patio furniture reside on the deck and 6 person slate dining table and lounge chairs are on other side of the home.
Upstairs bedroom is a converted office with twin beds and a sound muffling curtain as the wide door and black out shades on the windows.
Organic crib and mattress, high chair, baby swing and baby toys are available for the little ones. 2 bedrooms have extra tall ceilings for a more spacious feeling and all windows look out into the woods. All mattresses are covered in dust mite and bed bug protective sheets and Master bedroom guests will have new pillows to choose from upon arrival.
Additional home features include: fully networked high speed internet throughout the house, surround sound, gas fireplace in the living room, some new contemporary furniture, large Brazilian crystals and cultural world art add ambiance, eclectic nature and a peaceful tone. There is a high tech networked alarm for all 28 windows and doors with rapid police response and neighborhood watch systems in place. Also have networked smoke detectors to firehouse and built in sprinklers throughout.
Behind the house is a Robinson Caruso type playground in a natural wooded setting complete with draw bridge to access across a charming seasonal creek.
Parking allowed for only 3 cars. There is no place else in the neighborhood to park a 4th car since parking in the hills of Mill Valley is extremely limited.
This is the owner’s primary home and well lived in, therefore the closets, dressers and cupboards will be full of things. There is an alarm you must turn off when entering the property and turn on when leaving. Though the neighborhood is very safe, it is best to be cautious.
Owner has a property disclaimer all guests must sign who visit the property or Home with no exceptions. Renter will need to digitally sign it online prior to checkin as the main responsible person and all guests must sign a guest disclaimer before entering the property.
Owner is an international travelling entrepreneur that loves new cultures and people. The owner resides in a separate 2 room apartment attached in the back of the home. It has a separate entrance and has a moveable solid wood core wall separating it from the bedrooms downstairs. If more space is needed, renter may also rent the 2 room apartment for an additional $250 per night. It sleeps an additional four people in 2 organic queen beds and has a lovely wood deck on the other side of French doors.
RENTAL AGREEMENT TERMS
Due to a variety of factors, the owner has chosen to rent only once per 30 day period. For example, even though renter may only be booking and paying for two weeks, renter will have access to the home for an entire 30 days. By booking and paying here through VRBO and renting the home, renter is entering into a 30 day rental contract. As such, renter may arrive days earlier or stay days later, as long as the renter pays the agreed nightly rate in advance for the extra days. Renter may store things at the home for the entire 30 days of the rental agreement at no additional charge. If renter does not extend their stay, no other guest will occupy the space during the 30 days reserved for the renter in accordance with the terms of their 30 day rental contract naming them as the sole renter of the property during the 30 day period.Get the full listing »
