*CONSTRUCTION: Please note: There will be balcony construction at the Alexander Building until the end of MARCH 2020. If this does not suit you, please contact our guest services line within 24 hours of booking. Due to the construction, the upper pool is closed. The lower pool is open. The Tiki bar is open. The fitness room is closed but there is a small gym with only 3-4 machines by the lower pool.
*Please note that dogs are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
Parking Notes: Once you arrive at the building tell the valet parking which unit you will be staying in. Then go to the hotel's reception (on the right side of the lobby), to pay the parking fee of $30/night, for the total number of nights you are staying. The hotel reception only takes care of the valet registration, as your unit is under our management, not the hotel.
Water Access: The beach access is on the M floor, where the pool is also located. To enter the pool area returning from the beach, buzz the intercom at the door, and give your name and apartment number.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
