Cabo San Lucas, Cascadas Del Pedregal
High above the world, clinging to the side of a hill top in the desert, a new world of opportunities and luxury shines against the sun. Climbing into the second floor of the tower, past a dark wooden void encased by white, a corridor opens into a magnificent room where light permeates the surroundings and brightens the dark woods.
On the first door to the left, the guest bedroom initiates the journey. From within the dark door, a twin size bed framed in white rests against the wall. From underneath, another bed is pulled, providing another resting spot. Facing the beds, a small fitment in white and a TV seem to hold the wall.
In front of the guest bedroom, on the right side of the home, the second master patiently waits. As the door gives in, the King size bed framed by dark woods and guarded by dark nightstands holding lamps sits in the middle of the room. Facing the bed, a large closet set in chocolate colored wood holds a large TV set in the middle. A small sliding door gives way into a small deck, where plants in large vases and buggy boards wait in tranquility.
A small crevice in the back of the corridor's wall, next to the main door, offers the guest bath, shared by both rooms. Marble tiles fill the inside of the shower, shielded by glass panes. The single sink is guarded by a large mirror that reflects its marble countertops of white stone and the ceramic sink.
Directly next to the guest bedroom, a fully equipped laundry room complete with washer-dryer center and a metallic iron table hide behind a door.
As the main body of the house is reached through with the guidance of a curve in the corridor's wall, the kitchen comes into sight. Divided into two sections and a pantry, the kitchen shines with white marble tops and dark wooden cabinets above and below. The eventual brakes in the smooth surface come from the sink and stove, and the many appliances scattered in unique array across the countertop. The multicolored backsplash freckles the otherwise smooth color of the cabinets with hundreds of tiny specks of light. Past a small door, the pantry opens to provide wooden racks that hold on to the wall, and a small security box hidden in the corner for your convenience.
Past the breakfast bar of the kitchen and its four bar stools of dusky leather seats and iron legs, the Living room showcases a large L shaped couch in gray fabric facing a small, heavy-looking coffee table and entertainment center. Above the fitment, a TV set floats close to the wall. The long-haired rug underneath the couch provides added comfort while gazing into the large sliding glass panes that open into the deck.
Next to the living room, the diner appears. Conformed by a wooden plank at the tabletop and a matching bench on one side, the single chairs of bright blue fabric and chromed legs stand in proud contrast against the dark tones of the wood. A fitment, matching the table and bench, supports a massive mirror against the wall.
From a door on the left of the diner, the Master bedroom opens. In the center-frame of the wall, an enormous king size bed framed and crowned with dark woods and dressed in white linens draws attention away from the nightstands on each side. In front of the bed, a small drawer-set has been placed beneath a large TV perched into the wall. A small individual couch sits by the window, gazing at the majesty of the horizon and the city below. A second door inside the room guides into the master bathroom. The large mirror on the left of the room reflects into perfection both sinks in their marble countertops, as well as the bathtub placed within a wooden frame and lined with white marble. The shower, cornered in ample space, has been shielded away by tempered glass panes; all the while marble tiles in stony appearance cover the inside of the shield.
From every sliding glass door in the living room and master, the deck can be found. In here, a small living room of turquoise couches and woven strings face the endless beauty of the hills, city, and horizon below. A small fire pit is pressed against the balcony railings, offering even more beauty in fresh nights. A round table serves as an outer diner, sitting next to a service station complete with a small fridge, a sink, and a gas grill.
Little by little, this paradise is being refined. The functional pool is soon to be lined by lounge chairs and shades, and the parking lot soon to be opened. A small walk form the current parking area to the building becomes even more beautiful above the city and Sea. With another tower currently under construction, perfection will soon be achieved in this Land of Dreams.
