PUNTA MARQUES and the SURROUNDING AREA:
The property, Punta Marques, is located within a private, tropical reserve situated midway between the “Traditional Acapulco” (Zona Dorada & Acapulco Bay) to the north and the “New Acapulco” (Zona Diamante & the beaches) to the south.
The entrance to the Reserve is centrally located at the peak of the Scenic Highway that connects downtown Acapulco with the newer Diamante area, no more than 10 minutes from the famous Acapulco Bay one side and 15 minutes from the International Airport on the other.
The “New Acapulco” to the south (toward the airport) is an area that offers easy access to many modern shopping facilities, luxury hotels, golf courses, beaches, restaurants and entertainment. It is a safe environment and one that is easy to navigate by car or taxi. The beauty of Punta Marques’ location is that it is conveniently positioned in a secure and private hillside Reserve located “between” both the old and new Acapulcos, therefore making access quite convenient.
Upon entering the Reserve from the Scenic Highway, you will take Navegantes Street and subsequently encounter a very cordial security checkpoint that functions 24/7 and monitors all traffic in and out of the neighborhood. From there, you will continue to travel down through a tropical jungle full of very high-end residential properties, including one luxury boutique 5-star hotel, for approximately 1 mile on a perfectly maintained cobblestone, lighted street, all the while glimpsing breathtaking views of Marquez Bay and the Pacific Ocean peeking through the trees.
Upon arriving at the stately double-door entrance to Punta Marques, you will be greeted by the property’s security staff, who are there 24/7.
THE DEVELOPMENT and BALI 304
Our building, Bali, is one of only six, low-rise structures in Punta Marques and the only one that, as we jokingly say, “has an unobstructed view to Hawaii.” The entire development has a total of 112 two-story units. While the views from everywhere in Punta Marques are mesmerizing, Bali is the only building that offers full frontal ocean views and a perfect sunset every evening!
For our guest’s peace of mind, Punta Marques has 24 hour private security at both the main entrance and at each building. All on-site staff are not only very friendly, they are also thoroughly vetted, background-checked, and searched at entry and exit. Punta Marques is a very laid-back, family-oriented development, but we hold the comfort and security of all the guests in high esteem.
Punta Marques’ Amenities include:
A spectacular Beach Club with hugh, ocean level infiniti pool, full restaurant/bar and access to the bay waters for diving or snorkeling.
3 pools: Each on an ascending levels within the property and all with infinity views of the Marquez Bay. Two of the pools are both recreational and exercise pools with attached Jacuzzis and bar service. The third is a sunning pool also with attached Jacuzzi. All have comfortable sunning chaise lounges and umbrellas.
Spacious Tiki Hut restaurant (& bar) with dining overlooking one of the infinity pools and the Marquez bay (open daily from breakfast through lunch).
Fully equipped gym with free weights, machines, treadmills with beautiful bay views.

BALI 304 - (Our Unit)
Is a split level design, encompassing a total of 2100 ft2 (195 m2) and is one floor up from the main lobby, easily accessible via elevator or stairs.
The main living area is located on the entrance level, with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and another full bathroom downstairs.
It is suitable for up to 6 guests and includes:
1. Master bedroom with private, furnished balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean; master bathroom with double vanity marble sinks, large walk-in shower, closet space. Queen size bed (sleeps 2).
2. Second (middle) bedroom with direct ocean views. One Queen bed on the bottom with an individual bed above (bunk bed). Bedside nightstands and ample closet space (sleeps two).
3. Bedroom with one Queen bed. Bedside nightstands and ample closet space (sleeps two).
4. Full bathroom serving bedrooms two and three; beautifully tiled with marble sink and large walk-in shower.
A fully appointed kitchen; the cooking area is large, bright, and modern with all appliances (including coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave and blender), cooking equipment and utensils. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for three.
An ample dining room and living room area, with direct access to the main terrace. It is furnished, as the rest of the apartment, tastefully but simply, so that our guests can enjoy their stay in relaxing comfort.
A large, furnished terrace overlooking the Pacific Ocean and a section of Roqueta Island to the north. The view is spectacular, and the scene is constantly changing. It offers unimpeded panoramic views of the sunset as it sinks into the ocean. We include a pair of binoculars for guests’ use – there is always something new to see.
The apartment features a tranquil, light-tone ceramic tile floor that stays cool and discreet recessed lighting throughout. There is always a gentle breeze from the ocean to keep the living and sleeping areas cool, and each room is fitted with a silent, individual air conditioning units.
Washer / Dryer located in our unit just off the kitchen area.
In-apartment Wi-Fi, a 55” HD television with HDMI connection and DVD.
Maid service can be arranged through us and/or the Administration at an additional cost.
Vehicle parking located directly in front of Bali’s entrance and security is readily available to assist moving heavy or multiple objects.
Please note that NO PETS are permitted. Extra caution should be taken with children under 4 years old as regarding stairs, the terrace and the master bedroom balcony.
