Featuring the cuisine of John Kirk, one of the South's most talented up-and-coming chefs, Stella's food can best be described as global contemporary with a Southern flair. While drawing from regions all around the world, Chef Kirk's food always retains touches of his Delta roots. The result is an enticing menu full of Kirk's personal style.
Stella seats 80 diners on two levels under a soaring 23-foot ceiling complete with the building's original egg-and-dart molding. The mosaic tile floor is also original to the 1910-era building. The interior has been restored to celebrate the history of the building, with rich mahogany paneling blending with more contemporary elements to create a warm and elegant atmosphere.
Our dining room will accommodate approximately forty-two diners, and a mezzanine level above the dining room will accommodate another thirty-eight. Should you decide to dine with us, please be aware that the mezzanine is accessible by stairs only. The lower dining room is handicap accessible. We also have a patio on which guests may enjoy a cocktail, an appetizer or a full meal.
