The management team at River Oaks uses their diverse backgrounds stretched from Kansas City, Miami, South Port England, and Athens Greece, to create a well-rounded and unique dining experience.
Kansas City native, Nick Aylward, oversees the restaurant as the Operating Partner. Aylward received a degree in Business, specializing in Hospitality and Restaurant Administration, from Missouri State University, and has years of experience in the restaurant business. With a strong foundation from a corporate background, and experience in fine dining, Aylward uses a balance of the two to run an efficient business.
