Owned and operated by Raphael Aguon and Douglas Fox, The Railroad House, a romantic 1820's Victorian style Restaurant/Bed & Breakfast, features an extensive classic American Menu with Continental Features. All meals are prepared fresh to order and we can please any special dietary needs of our customers. Whether you are looking for formal or casual dining, we can please your tastes. Special Seasonal Menus are created for events such as clam bakes, oyster roasts, wine dinners, beer dinners, and afternoon teas, held in the garden patio or main dining rooms. Our Dinner Menu includes choices of beef, seafood, poultry, lamb chops, and pasta, expertly prepared by our chef. House favorites include entrees such as Steak Diane, Straw & Hay Pasta, Chicken Moutarde, Steak au Poivre, Crabcakes, and our fabulous Seafood Scampi, to name a few. An excellent wine list, malted beverages and spirits are also available in all areas. Our Luncheon Menu includes smaller dinner entrees in addition to sandwiches, appetizers, soups, and salads. Weddings, Receptions, Parties, Meetings, Catering and Banquets Think of the Railroad House to serve any of your entertaining needs. We are prepared to pamper you. The Railroad House serves as a beautiful location for outdoor weddings in the quaint gazebo and beautifully manicured gardens, or a cozy indoor wedding by the crackling fireplaces in the winter.
