Interaction with guests:
We will not be on site, but we are available by text and phone if you should have any questions and would love to hear from you. The home has been thoughtfully set up so you should have access to everything you need.
Other things to note:
We have a strict no shoes indoors rule. Please bring slippers!
This is our home and it means a lot to us. We expect the house to be left in the exact condition you found it. We are happy to share it with you, but if you're looking to throw a party, this is not the place and will result in immediate cancellation. Thank you!
There are several cameras on the outside of the home for security purposes.
Let’s keep the insects outdoors. All windows and most of the doors have screens. If you leave a door open, please pull the screen shut.
The Catskills are home to other animals such as coyote, raccoon, and black bear. While we haven't seen these on or around our property, and the thought of wildlife might be enchanting to some, the doors must be closed at night and when not on the property (screen is not enough) and garbage and uneaten food must be cleaned up right away and disposed of in the large garbage bins with lid locked. The BBQ must be cleaned after each use. This is normal routine for the Catskills.
No ATVs or other motorized vehicles allowed on the property or on surrounding private property.Get the full listing »
