This newly-built home is conveniently located adjacent to the underground parking access for ease in loading/unloading your luggage and gear. When you arrive, you will step onto the heat-traced walkways and open your front door. Welcome to your beautiful mountain getaway! This 1370 sq. ft home is just steps away from one of the two large community hot tubs. At the entrance, you will find a mudroom with a secure ski closet for your gear. The property features a fully-appointed, modern kitchen with granite countertops, an in-unit washer/dryer, and new furnishings throughout. The living room includes a new 40” flat screen TV with DVD player, with additional flat screen TVs in all bedrooms.
The upstairs master bedroom and living room both offer decks with views, and a gas fireplace. In the living room, you will find a Queen sleeper sofa and dining area for 6, as well as barstools for another 3. The master bedroom offers a King bed, 42” TV, walk-in closet and private, full bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a 36” TV, while bedroom three includes 2 Twin beds and a 32” TV. The downstairs bathroom offers double sinks with a shower/tub combo, and can be divided for privacy.

As you may know, leisure travel with restrictions have been approved as Mammoth Lakes and Mono county move into Stage 3 of the COVID19 Recovery Plan.
The State of California has established new, stringent cleaning standards requiring all kitchen and soft fabric items throughout every property to be either removed or fully cleaned on every check-out, whether they appear to have been used or not. Because most of our properties are family-owned vacation homes, they are typically well stocked with housewares of all kinds. The costs to actually clean every kitchen and soft fabric item in every unit would be prohibitively expensive to everyone (guests and property owners alike). In order to comply with State guidelines, we will be forced to remove and store all but the most essential items.
Because properties have historically been furnished with large, overstuffed comforters and/or down duvets, we are unable to provide blankets or comforters.
ALL BEDS WILL BE MADE WITH SHEETS/PILLOWS (in cases) ONLY. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN BLANKETS!
