Renovated kitchen (stainless steel and granite) - stocked with napkins, paper towels, spices and oils and other cooking basics, hand and dish soap etc and lots of new cookware, glasses and flatware for real cooking and eating in. Fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, blender and espresso machine.
The condo development has a communal pool (check locally when it is heated, usually spring through fall), spa and dry sauna (heated all year and open 8am to 10pm but double check times locally)). Also ping pong, pool and pinball and two sets of washer dryers in the pool area (they take about $3.50 in quarters per load for a wash and dry).
Park your car once and you don't have to touch it again your whole trip. Parking is open air adjacent to the street on a first come first served (usually plenty of room for cars). 2 spots allocated per unit. Park wherever there is a free spot. Please do not block the path to the street by parking in front of it.
KIDS: Note while we are kid friendly (there is a kids step and toilet seat in the unit and we have games) we are not baby proof (no cupboard catches, socket covers etc.) - there is a flight of stairs outside the front door and we have a glass covered gas fireplace and a balcony.
NO SMOKING & NO PETS.
Note this is on the second floor (Approx. 15 step walk up)

This is not a beater party rental and principal renter must be over 25 years of age.
We reserve the right to claim against deposit for excessive mess or trash left, smoking or the presence of pets in the unit (even if visiting). Illegal downloading will also result in forfeit of deposit. There is one service provider in town and they monitor downloading and cut off service for infractions.
