The accommodation is located on a quiet residential street which is yet a short walking distance off any kind of amenity. This 4-bedroom villa sleeps from 1 up to 9 people in real beds.
The ground floor consist of an open plan. An entrance hall which - on the left side there is the living area with cable TV while on the right side of the house there is a full bathroom with shower cubicle and the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with utensils, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine,dishwasher. The dining area consists of 2 tables which together can accommodate up to 12 people. The dining area leads to the a balcony with high table and the pool terrace.
The Villa features also features of a good sized private pool with a couple of sun beds around the pool area. The pool measures around 5.5m by 3m and is 1.8m deep. The pool area is accessible with a few steps down the sitting balcony. Similarly for the main entrance which is elevated and is accessible with about 5 steps up. The pool area comes complete with a gas bbq as well.
The 1st floor, accessible with a flight of steps, is dedicated to the sleeping area. All four bedrooms are located upstairs and are found on each side of the stairs. On one side there is one spacious double bedroom with private balcony, while next to it another bedroom with 2 single beds. On the opposite side there are two further bedrooms one with three single beds and the other with two single beds. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned with wall hung a/c units. There is also another full family bathroom with bath tub and another spare bathroom with w/c. Baby cot is also available upon request .
In general, the house consists of 3 floors, the lower level consists of a games room with ping-pong table and a billiard table as well. On the ground level there is the kitchen/living/dining and the upper floor is the bedding area.
Moreover, the sandy beach of St George’s Bay is less than 10 minutes walk off the house which is full of life and even nightlife. Shops and restaurants are less few minutes walk as well. St Julians is renowned for its entertainment during the day and even the night. Shops are nearly open for 24hrs to cater for all this hustle and bustle.
