Parking Notes: Parking passes will be left in the unit for you. *Please return these passes to the unit prior to your departure.* A parking pass is required on Okemo Trailside property. The pass must be displayed and visible through the windshield at all times. **Important: Only two vehicles allowed per unit. All others must use the overflow parking areas (just past the entry booth on the left) with required parking pass. Only two additional overflow parking passes can be provided. Parked vehicles may not block access to stairs, pathways, drives, doors, fire lanes, or other cars. Any vehicle not displaying the proper parking pass, parked in another building's lot, blocking access, or more than the allowed two vehicles per unit, will be towed/stored at the vehicle owner's expense.**
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
