Our one bedroom apartment with one queen bed, couch & air mattress has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Louisville! The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, has stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a Keurig coffee maker. There's a smart TV with Roku and Netflix (there is no cable) & free WiFi! A washer and dryer is available inside the apartment for your convenience. We provide a parking pass for one vehicle to park in an underground garage. The parking pass must be returned upon checkout to avoid a fee.
You can access the building anytime after 3pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system, however we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.
This walkable location allows easy access to dining, shops, museums, arenas, and entertainment venues. You're only two blocks from the Louisville Slugger Field and a half mile from the Big Four Bridge, Waterfront Park, and the University of Louisville Hospital. Public transportation & Uber is easily accessible given the popular location. Easy access to major interstates like I-64, I-65, and I-71 . Louisville's bike share program, LouVelo, is only three blocks to the nearest station.
