Great, convenient location: My house is half a mile away from Smith’s grocery store, “stumbling distance” from the Pajarito Brewpub--a real advantage for Monday night trivia and Tuesday night karaoke, minutes from downtown shopping, dining, fitness center, post office, movie theater, historic Fuller Lodge and Ashley Pond, and other establishments. Right across the street from a park with basketball court, five-minute walk to hiking and biking trails, East Park Pool (outdoor), and East Park, which offers a miniature golf course, playground, trailheads, grassy area, and picnic tables. Very close to numerous free bus stops on Atomic City Transit Routes 1, 2 and 3 (take either Route 1 or 3 between my house and the main Lab area if you work at LANL, or any bus route to downtown). Plenty of street parking along the curb around the house if you have a car.
Flexible lease durations: Book a night or stay a year! I provide varying lease lengths to accommodate all trips and employment terms. The summer months May-August is peak season and carry higher peak season pricing due to extremely high demand.
