Take a stroll over the Intracoastal bridge to the sandy beach and turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean, about 15 minutes walking or 4 minutes by bike. Whip up a batch of margaritas and start up a foosball tournament in "The Funky Dog Foosball Lounge". When the sun goes down, head downtown to the abundance of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife on Lake Ave, just a short walk from your front door!
Feel your excitement rise as you drive down Lake Ave through downtown and onto the first block of Golfview Rd, as close as you can get to the Intracoastal in Lake Worth! Pass the boat ramp and pull up to The Tides, with plenty of free parking right in front of the home as well as a private parking spot to the rear of the building. Enter the gate through the 8' tall privacy shrubs and to your front door. Enjoy the simple, seamless self check-in by unlocking the door and stepping into your home away from home.
Walking into the ground-level front door you'll find the "Funky Dog Foosball Lounge", complete with a foosball table, dry bar, and some of the funkiest dog-themed artwork you'll ever see. The lower-level bedroom has two comfortable twin-sized beds with a closet, and a full bathroom. Also downstairs is a stackable laundry unit, with complimentary starting quantities of laundry pods and dryer sheets to make your vacation as carefree as possible.
Heading up the stairs, you'll enter into the huge open-concept living area and kitchen complete with brand new, designer furnishings and 12-foot ceilings. Your first instinct will be to turn left towards the balcony and head outside to take in the views of the Intracoastal Waterway, watch the boaters launch their boats at the ramp to the left, and watch the dogs run in Bryant Park to the right.
Back inside you'll walk through the living area complete with a sofa and a large TV with Roku ready for you to log into your subscription services or watch the provided streaming live TV. The white modern dining table features seating for 4 with a view!
Our kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary cookware, eating utensils, and appliances you'll need for most any meal including a dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, range and oven, microwave, toaster, and more. Your morning coffee is on us! Enjoy our complimentary coffee bar with a great selection of k-cup flavors. Publix Supermarket is less than a mile away for all of your grocery needs.
Around the corner is a hallway half bathroom great for guests, and onward to the master bedroom featuring an elegant king-sized bed with a comfortable mattress and soft linens, a large dresser and closet. The full master bathroom has a large double vanity and a luxurious glass-encased shower for a spa-like experience. We provide you with linens and toiletries for a luxury hotel-quality stay, including beach towels!
The Tides at Lake Worth Beach is a 4-unit apartment building, all of which are vacation rentals. This listing (Unit 1) features a private second-level balcony. The other exterior spaces of the property are considered communal and include a grassy front lawn and a patio with outside lounge seating. The parking lot in the rear of the property has 4 spaces, one is allocated for each unit. There is plenty of free public parking in front of the property and on the side streets of 1st Ave S and 2nd Ave S.
We're pet friendly and welcome you to bring your whole family, furry ones included! Bryant Park is a dog's dream, a waterfront park with great walking trails and open fields right outside of your front door. We do ask that you please keep pets off of the furniture, pick up after them in the yard, and keep them on a leash at all times when outside of the apartment. Please let us know when booking if you are bringing your pet(s).
There are beds for 4, however we would consider allowing up to 2 additional guests if you wish to bring an air mattress as there is plenty of space. Please let us know when booking your total party size, as this will be the maximum allowable occupancy for the length of your stay. Please, no extra guests, parties, or events.

Our professional housekeeping team performs full multi-point cleanings and inspections after every checkout to ensure maximum cleanliness and comfort for every guest.
DISCOUNTS: We are happy to offer discounts of 10% for stays of 7 nights or longer, and 20% for stays of 28 nights or longer. Discounts are automatically calculated into the displayed rate when selecting your requested dates.
COMMUNICATION: Our preferred method of communication is through the messenger platform of the booking site you used to make your reservation. All phone calls will be followed up with a message on the booking site platform to ensure all communication is properly documented. PLEASE, NO EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS. Our housekeeping team works on a very tight schedule and these requests will not be able to be accommodated.
CONFIRMATION: Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with important information including a phone number to reach us, followed by another email a few days prior to your check-in date with check-in instructions.
