NO smoking is allowed inside the house at any time. If a guest smokes, it must be outside and at least 25 feet away from any windows or doors to prevent smoke from entering the house.

**Primary renter must be at least 26 yrs old.
**Primary renter is required to complete and sign Short Term Rental Agreement along with a copy of government issued ID and full payment to confirm your reservation. Please note that without any of these papers/requirements completed within 48 hrs after your reservation is accepted, your reservation will be cancelled.
**Food and condiments are not provided.
**Sharp cooking tools such as knives and scissors are not provided for safety reasons. If you plan to cook, please make sure to bring your own.
**The garage is unaccessible. You can park in the driveway. We have very large drive way.
