This condo provides 2 covered parking spots underneath the unit as well as additional guest parking available throughout the complex and at the recreation center. An elevator is available for the guests staying in the 2100 building, making unpacking that much easier!
Aside from the condo, the complex itself is one of the most well equipped on the island! With both indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffleboard court, gazebo and lawn areas, playground, and recreation center with an indoor pool, whirlpool/spa, gym, saunas, and showers for your convenience, enjoyment and relaxation. This location offers an elevator for your convenience.

Here at the Ocean Dunes Properties You’ll likely have an opportunity to witness the interesting aquatic phenomena of coquina rocks on the shoreline, especially evident at low tide in this area. These mounds of seashell and limestone form tiny pools and puddles of water, attracting a wide variety of wildlife. The rising and falling of tides also send some amazing shells around the rocks, making it a beach combers paradise. Approach green coquina rocks with caution, those beauties are slippery business! This is a rare sight, specific to this area of Pleasure Island, so enjoy!

Memorial Day through Labor Day Saturday to Saturday check-in only- In the summer season, daily rentals are only available for booking within 10 days of the arrival date and require a 2 or 3 night minimum.
