A short distance from the condo is the Kure Beach Fishing Pier and boardwalk, restaurants, the North Carolina Aquarium, Fort Fisher, the ferry to Southport, and Carolina Beach and all it has to offer. Come and play at the beach!

The number of guests on/at a property must not exceed the maximum occupancy of the property. Unauthorized groups exceeding the maximum occupancy at a property is considered breach of contract and will result in immediate eviction.
RVs and campers are NOT allowed at any property.
Parking is limited--Carolina Beach Realty is not responsible when guests bring vehicles that exceed the maximum number of vehicles allowed at a property OR for oversized vehicles that are not compatible with a property.
Linens are provided with all reservations. Linens include sheets and pillowcases for all the beds along with one hand towel, one washcloth and one bath towel per person.
Beds are made for peak-season (June-August) week-long stays only.
Bed-making service option available for off-season ($50 + tax).
A starter roll of paper towels and toilet paper is provided upon arrival. Other disposable items are not provided, such as: paper towels, toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps or detergents, etc.
Reservations are not accepted more than one year in advance. We give current year's guests first right of refusal for the following year.
Rates are always subject to change without notice.
Absolutely no events (weddings, receptions, reunions) or any other large gatherings are permitted at this home.
Smoking is prohibited at all Carolina Beach Realty properties.
All properties have an age limit of 25.
This property is STRICTLY not pet-friendly. Unauthorized pets are considered breach of contract and will result in immediate eviction with no refunds, exchanges or credits. Additional fees will be charged to those who breach contract due to unauthorized pets at a property.

This beach home away from home is light, bright and colorful. The kitchen and dining room have granite countertops, table seating for six, bar seating for three, and travertine flooring. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything your family could need to make a great dinner. There also is a K Cup coffee machine. Feel free to bring your favorite flavors! The large, covered deck has two wicker rockers, outdoor table dining for six, and a great view of the ocean. The living room has 55" smart TV with 42" TVs in the master and secondary bedroom. The master suite has a king bed and bath with separate shower, whirlpool tub, double sinks, marble countertop, and travertine flooring. The second bedroom has a king bed as well. The second bath is between this room and the third bedroom with single over a double bunk bed sleeping. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
