Scaling the heights for maximum lakefront pleasure, Skywalker is a newly built, 4 floor, 4 bedroom/3 bath beautifully appointed lake home rental on the coveted Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ, with new & comfortable furnishings, state of the art appliances & fixtures, private, residential elevator and much more!

This brand-new coastal style retreat is located in a new subdivision called “Clear Water Harbor” which is within The Legends, a lake-side community located on the Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ in Kingsland, Texas. The Legends Golf Course is a few blocks away and is a Tom Kite designed, par 72 championship course masterfully designed from 200 acres of farm land with beautiful Texas Hill Country Views.
The Ground Floor of Skywalker Lake House is a covered, private hydraulic boat lift (6,000 lbs max, 21' max length *will fit most 21' boats *Pontoons are not allowed) , lake access and concrete patio area with a table and chairs. The First/Main floor is the living room and kitchen, the Second Floor has a bedroom and bathroom and the Third Floor features the master suite & bathroom and third and fourth bedroom and bathroom. All floors can be accessed from the private/residential elevator or stairs.
The First Floor (one floor above ground level) features a spacious floor plan with the dining area, living area and kitchen all overlooking the lake and covered outdoor patio area. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, an island with double sink, dishwasher and 6 bar stools for extra seating, and all new appliances. Small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer and blender are also provided, along with utensils, dish ware, stemware and cookware. A 40 inch wall-mounted flatscreen with DirecTV, queen sleeper sofa, love seat and two chairs fill out the living area nicely.
The Second Floor bedroom has a king size bed with custom Pendleton Headboard, antique storage window seat, ceiling fan, two nightstands and two lamps. A bathroom with shower/tub combo and sink with vanity is next to the bedroom with access from the bedroom or landing.
The Third Floor stairs open to a kid’s TV/sitting area and built-in twin bunk bed. Beyond that is the master suite equipped with a spacious sitting area with leather couch, coffee bar, king size bed, ceiling fan, two nightstands with lamps, two chairs and private balcony overlooking the lake with a wicker chair and small table. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower with two shower heads on opposite ends, a double sink vanity and private commode. On the opposite end of the top floor is a kid’s bedroom with two twin over double bunk beds, a full bathroom with shower/tub combo and the fourth bedroom with a queen size bed w/ custom Pendleton headboard, chair, nightstands with lamps and ceiling fan.
PLEASE ONLY PARK 2 VEHICLES IN THE DRIVEWAY, 1 ADDITIONAL VEHICLE CAN BE PARKED IN THE DESIGNATED PARKING SPACES ACROSS THE STREET. PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE STREET OR IN FRONT OF NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES. TRAILER PARKING ALLOWED OFF SITE IN DESIGNATED PARKING LOT.Get the full listing »
