The Woods Resort and Spa at Killington is a luxury condo development on 100 acres located on the Killington Access Road 3 miles from the slopes. The Woods is a wonderful resort at Killington, where you see trees & snow out your windows as opposed to large condo buildings. The full-service Spa has a fantastic pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, a gym, and outdoor tennis courts. Relax in the hot tubs or get a massage or spa treatment after a day on the slopes. Enjoy a pint of beer at the brand new Killington Brewery at The Woods - a 2 minute walk back home to our condo!
Come stay in our 2 bedroom, 1 story, 1100 sq. ft, corner townhouse unit with 2 full baths; our townhouse sleeps 6-7 maximum (6 adults maximum, 7 guests with small kids).
Master Bedroom: Brand new flooring, bedding, decor, paint, and QUEEN bed and mattress. Full bath attached.
Second Bedroom TWIN OVER FULL BUNK BEDS (2 beds total - twin and full). Full bath attached. Brand new flooring, decor, bed, bedding, decor and paint.
A full size Aero bed, with extra blankets and pillows are also provided for extra sleeping in the living room.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cutting boards, utensils, pots, dishes, glasses, mugs, etc etc etc. Just grab some food and whip up a feast (or order in after a long day on the mountain!). Brand new refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and Cuisinart coffee maker for 2019!
Sleeps 6 adults and up to 7 with small kids.
If you wish to bring one well-behaved dog, please email us with the breed and weight. Specific approval is required for a dog and there is a $50 Pet Fee, which permits us to do a deeper cleaning after guests with a pet so the unit maintains a high level of cleanliness for the next guests. Please review our Pet Rider to the Rental Agreement.
Enjoy the unit's whirlpool jacuzzi tub in the master bath, a wood-burning fireplace, full washer/dryer, large flat screen TV in living room, dishwasher, outdoor patio with gas grill, parking at front door, pool, Spa and gym facilities. FREE WI-FI. Please note, the POOL and GYM facilities are FREE for your use without any fee, as your are a guest of owners at the resort and our guests enjoy a 15% discount on massages, facials and body treatments at The Spa at The Woods!
The Pool is open Sun-Fri from 9 am to 7:30 pm and Sat from 9 am-8:30 pm. The pool closes 30 minutes prior to closing time for the locker room, gym and spa facilities. Apart from any unforeseeable circumstances, the only scheduled early closures of the pool/spa/gym are Christmas Eve/Day, Thanksgiving, and Easter Sunday, so the staff can be with their families.
The Spa is open Sun-Fri from 9 am to 8 pm and Sat from 9 am-9 pm. The fitness center is open daily at 6:30 am.
Killington Beer Company Brewery at The Woods is located in the Village Center upstairs from the pool/spa. It features a game room. Have some beer, throw some darts, and walk 2 minutes back to the condo! Check out their Facebook page for information! Winter hours: noon-10pm daily (Sunday until 8pm), but please confirm with the brewery for schedule changes.

The condo is cleaned and the beds made for your arrival. Linens, blankets, soap, and towels are supplied. Kitchen is fully stocked and basic items such as paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and dishwashing detergent are provided. Laundry detergent is also provided for the washing machine in the unit. There are extra blankets and pillows. We have a wonderful local couple who cleans our condo.
FEES: We collect 10% VT TAX and a one-time exit cleaning fee of $125 per stay. We do not charge any other fees, except for a $50 Pet Fee for any guest who brings an approved dog. VRBO/Homeaway charges an additional booking fee that provides, according to their website information, protection and assistance for renters.
