Welcome to The Coral Suite at Kona Pacific! Our beautiful, clean, ocean view unit is just the spot to come and relax while you are exploring all the wonders of the Big Island. Our condo is a top floor, spacious unit with a huge lanai. Just renovated with new furniture, carpet, appliances, and art, it is comfortable and inviting. This one bedroom, two bath unit is a very roomy 879 sq. ft. with an additional 190 sq. ft. of living on the lanai where you can enjoy the beautiful views and breezes. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, an air conditioner, ceiling fans, and an elevator close by. The Kona Pacific complex is a very quiet concrete building with well kept grounds that include a pool with adjacent BBQ area complete with picnic tables, loungers, and mini kitchen. We also have a dedicated underground parking spot, but the great thing about Kona Pacific is that it is very conveniently located within easy walking distance to ocean front restaurants, several beaches, and shopping in Kailua-Kona.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations canceled more than 90 days before check-in will receive a full refund plus security deposit. Reservations canceled less than 90 days before check-in will forfeit the security deposit. Reservations canceled 60 days or less before check-in are not-refundable unless the unit can be rebooked for that period of time - in which case refund will be proportionate to the income generated by the new rental agreement. Refunds will be made no later than 10 days after the scheduled departure date.
