This dog-friendly villa has fantastic views of Cougar Point's 11th fairway and features a spacious open floor plan and beach access just 300 yards away! You'll love the welcoming southern charm of this beautiful South Carolina cottage, especially when you walk out upon the screened-in porch to while away the time with some good conversation. Inside, you'll find the home has lots of character, furnished with attractive floors, a handsome entertainment center featuring a cable TV, and an adorable reading nook next to the living area fireplace. Use the large dining table to put on a family game night, or share a quiet dinner for two (masterfully prepared in the elegant white kitchen) then spend a late evening outside under the stars.
Head out for a morning run along 30 miles of bike and walking trails that the island offers. Foodies will love the many restaurants that pepper Kiawah such as Loggerhead Grill, Hege's, and The Ocean Room, all under two miles away. Just a bit further down the road towards Seabrook Island, you’ll find Bohicket Marina (four miles away) where you can take a sunset cruise, or find riverfront restaurants. Bike or drive about three miles away to Freshfields Village for shopping, awesome entertainment, and lots of restaurant options. Downtown Charleston is only 25 miles away, and if you're looking for art and culture, beautiful gardens, and loads of fascinating city history, you can't get any better.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
