Point of View Villa in Montego Bay is a premier Jamaica villa located on the highest point in the world-class Tryall Club, one of the most fabulous sites in the Caribbean. The spectacular position provides breathtaking views of a sweeping landscape that stretches down the mountain, all across the 18-hole championship golf course, to the sparkling Caribbean Sea and the distant horizon. Point of View Villa was closed for extensive renovations for two years. The outcome is a picture-perfect combination of Colonial furnishings from the 18th and 19th century, with the amenities of a 21st century luxury villa Jamaica. Remarkable natural cut stone flooring is custom engraved to be soft and cool.
The beautifully landscaped gardens are covered with emerald green Zoysia grass, which feels like velvet to bare feet. The villa is a horticulturist's paradise, with a fantastic collection of 17 palm species. The lovely Bismarck Giant Fan Palm is the photographers' favorite. The Datura, Frangipani and some gorgeous ginger lilies are a few of the artistic blooms, along with the flourishing Sun Vanda orchid garden and the dainty Lantana loved by butterflies.
The extensive grounds surrounding Point of View Villa are a bird watchers' paradise with native populations of John Crows and red-headed woodpeckers. The homeowner actually fashioned a safe haven for finches, colorful love birds, lovely American Red-tailed Grey and Amazon Green parrots. Visitors will be introduced to these special residents of the villa grounds in their cages along with the oldest occupant of the villa, the resident turtle that has its home in the fountain.
Point of View Villa has the most fabulous interiors reflective of the owner's passion for everything beautiful and the best of everything offered by Jamaica. Some of the finest artwork by well-known Jamaican masters is on display in the living room. The Great Room is equipped with comfortable seating, iPod docks, 10-speaker sound system, cable television, 100 CDs and 50+ DVD movies. Wi-Fi services are available all through the villa.
Point of View Villa's two large master bedrooms provide luxurious environment with king-sized beds, large bathrooms, walk-in closets and ample closets. The other three bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized or two single beds. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The Chippendale Regency and Queen Anne furnishings in the bedrooms are complemented by the glistening wide-plank mahogany flooring. Furnishings and linens are very tasteful and have been selected for comfort.
The heated salt water pool at Point of View Villa is the perfect place for many hours of exercise or leisurely swims. The chlorine free pool offers an infinity overflow edge, bordered by a Jamaican cut stone. It is surrounded by an expansive coral stone deck with very comfortable decking chairs.

Tryall is a private club whose members may use all Club facilities and programs at no extra charge, with the exception of golf. Amenities include tennis, beach, water sports, the excellent gym, the Kids Club, Great House afternoon tea and various special events.
Commencing January 1, 2009, the Tryall Club will require all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee of 115 (US$) per week for each guest 18 or older, or 25 (US$) per day per person for stays of less than 7 days (inclusive of tax). This policy applies to all new bookings received after September 1, 2008.
Plan to pay your Temporary Membership Fee locally at the Front Desk in the Great House when you register. Credit cards are accepted. You will be given a temporary membership card to enable your access to all Club facilities.
