I built the villa on a plot of land, located on the outskirts of Balestrate, not far from the sea and the city, ideal for those who want to spend a quiet holiday away from the bustle and in the same time a few steps from the fun and the sea.
The villa is surrounded by greenery, olive trees, orange trees, mandarins, peaches and fruits of all kinds. Ideal to visit the archaeological areas such as Selinunte, Segesta, etc. Ideal to visit Palermo, Cefalù, Erice, Trapani with its salt marshes, Marsala and Mozia.
The villa consists of three apartments distinct from each other.
An apartment is the owner's summer residence.
The other two are rented and can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. The apartment called "main" can accommodate four to six people.
The apartment named "dependance" can accommodate a family of four.
Each of the apartments meets all the needs necessary for a family with all the comforts and the main equipment (washing machine, oven and microwave, coffee machine, fridge-freezer, barbecue, TV, etc.).
The pool ml. 12.00 x 6.00 is accompanied by two outdoor showers for washing before and after the bathroom, is fully furnished with deck chairs, umbrellas, sunbeds, small tables etc.

11) Check In And Check Out
The property will be delivered from 16:00 on the day scheduled for arrival.

11) Return delivery
At the return, after verification of the conditions of the apartment and of the furnishings,
the amount of the security reduced of the charges deriving will be returned:
