Villa Torca is located on a hillside, surrounded by olive groves, offering beautiful views across the sea. Just a short walking distance from the hamlet of Torca, you can find a restaurant and food shops with local produce.
Access to the house is via a small and paved courtyard that takes us onto the main terrace, where, on a clear day we can see the Li Galli Islands and the Cilento Peninsula. The South facing terrace enjoys sunshine throughout the day, with dining table and chairs, bench and armchairs and a swing seat for two.
A stone staircase leads us to the ground level of the villa with swimming pool (3.3 x 6.6m and 1.2m deep) and barbecue area. An outdoor kitchen area with wood burning oven. On the roof terrace, we have beautiful 360 degrees views over the sea and coastline.
Via the small courtyard, we can reach the living area with bright, large windows and access to the terrace. Furnished with tiled floors, sofas and armchairs, a fireplace and a dining table with chairs. Air conditioning throughout. The living area leads to the traditionally designed kitchen with gas hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
On the same level, a corridor takes us into the sleeping area composed of a double bedroom with views onto the terrace, a second smaller bedroom with bunk beds with a French door leading onto the terrace. A bathroom with shower.
About fifteen steps lead us onto the first floor where we have two more bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed. A bathroom with shower.
On the lower floor of the house, which is on the same level as the swimming pool, we find a kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker, a small room with washing machine. A second living room with two sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed, a further double bedroom and a third bathroom with shower.
