Splendid villa consisting of trulli from the end of 700 with an infinity pool of 8 x 12 meters, h 1,10-3,50 mt, located in the heart of the Valle d'Itria, land of rolling hills, olive groves, vineyards and dark red soils surrounded from ancient dry walls. The trulli are ancient stone constructions of conical shape entirely handmade.

The house consists of 2 units: a main body consisting of trulli and a stone outbuilding.
In the central body there is a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, a living room with a fireplace and built-in sofas.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms and an alcove:
- a double bedroom
- a bedroom with 2 single beds (or double bed) and an alcove with 1 single bed
- 2 bathrooms
- alcove with sofa 50 years
In the annex there is a double bedroom with sitting area, a bedroom with two single beds, bathroom, outdoor patio with dining table.
The furnishings and details are very accurate in all environments. The refined design elements give the house a touch of modernity and great charm.
The outdoor areas are immense but divided into distinct areas where you can laze, eat, swim in total privacy.
The garden is rich in flowers and Mediterranean vegetation that stand out among dry stone walls and the blinding white of the building.
In the area in front of the trulli, there is a pergola equipped with open air kitchen and barbecue.
A dining area allows you to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners overlooking the beautiful swimming pool furnished with sun loungers and deck chairs.
There is also a corner for tasty aperitifs with comfortable seating and tables.
For lovers of cinema on the side of the house there is an exclusive area of outdoor video projection entirely paved in wood with comfortable mattresses on which it is wonderful to relax to watch movies under the stars that in this area shine more than ever!
A pine forest invites to afternoon naps under the cool pines lying on hammocks or Latvian.
The villa is located in the countryside in the territory of Ceglie Messapica, the heart of the Valle d'Itria land of art, culture, nature and gastronomy.
A short distance (reachable by car) there is a minimarket / bar / tobacconist where you can buy and taste local culinary products and all basic necessities.

The landscape is very varied and you can meet vineyards as far as the eye can see, ancient olive groves surrounded by ancient dry stone walls and rolling hills.
Ostuni, Cisternino, Ceglie Messapica, Martina Franca, Locorotondo are beautiful historic cities easily reachable in a few minutes by car.
Each has its own style and personality now worldly and elegant or reserved and mysterious. All offer historical centers to be discovered.
In this part of Puglia there is no lack of good food: you can find restaurants recommended by the most famous international guides but also simple little places where you can enjoy traditional cuisine.
