Villino Lola is a typical townhouse in the Viareggio Liberty (Art Nouveau) style. The house, apartment, shaded garden and roof terrace allow plenty of space for families and groups of friends to relax and enjoy the fresh seaside air. Airconditioning is available in the flat, in all bedrooms and on the ground floor.
On entering the house, a bright hallway leads to a comfortable quiet sitting room on the right, and straight ahead to the spacious dining-relaxing area. The sitting area has a flat screen TV as well as an intricately carved fireplace. This room and the adjoining kitchen both have direct access to the garden. Near the stairs is a small bathroom including a floor shower.
An elegant staircase leads to the first floor with two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a large bathroom with shower and bath tub and another bathroom with shower. Both double bedrooms feature balconies, one overlooking the garden, the other on the road leading to the sea.
At the end of the garden, there is a two storey annex. On the ground floor is a self-contained mini apartment with kitchen-dining room, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. A staircase outside leads to a beautiful semi-covered terrace with a dining area and sun loungers.
The garden is definitely the best place to be in the Spring - Summer, with its covered porch where you can eat al fresco even in the daytime and with its lovely trellis of grapes and other flowering plants which create a cool and shady place to relax.
In the House there are 4 bikes for the tourists!!!
