The villa is located in the locality of S. Salvatore, about 3km from the center of Lipari in a very quiet and airy area.
The view, the large patio, the garden and the private parking complete the perfect setting for a family vacation or with a group of friends.
The villa overlooks a splendid panorama of the sea, the center of Lipari and Mount Rosa. It is about 200 meters above sea level and enjoys a pleasant breeze in the summer (we suggest to bring something to cover during the cooler evenings).
The villa consists of 2 floors.
On the ground floor there are: the garden, a small terrace and an outdoor shower. From the external staircase leads to the 1st floor where there is the whole living area of the house. Outside there are 2 larges covered terraces with seats and an area equipped for lunch/dinner.

From the corridor on the right you enter the bathroom and the large bedroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, a single bed, wardrobe, dresser and fan. The room has direct access to the outdoor terrace.
The living room is comincating withe the kitchen and there are: sofa (sofa bed suitable for a child), TV, cupboard, table, chairs and direct access to the terrace.
From the living room stairs you enter the loft room where there are 2 single beds, a wardrobe and a dresser.
All bedrooms have a fan.

Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed by me (or by someone in charge) and I will be available for any information or need during the entire holiday.
Lipari is the perfect place to start to discover the entire Aeolian archipelago.
There are many organized tours that depart every day for all the islands (weather permitting). It is also possible to take advantage of the many boats that serve as taxis to the less accessible beaches of the island.
Beyond the sea and the beaches there are many other places of interest such as the regional museum, the old church of Quattropani (very suggestive at sunset), the thermal baths of S. Calogero, Mount S.Angelo, etc.
Also worthy of mention is the procession of the patron saint S. Bartolo which takes place on August 24th.
The area is panoramic, very quiet and with only private houses.
The center is about 3km away, where you can find all the services like supermarket, newsagent, pharmacy, etc. Along the road there is also a beach accessible by a short walk.
At short distance (about 500m) is the volcanological observatory with another view on the island of Vulcano is definitely worth a visit. From the observatory start some short paths from which you can also see the islands of Filicudi, Alicudi and Salina.
At about 1 km there is a wellness center and SPA where you can relax in a very suggestive place.
At about 6 km there is the Canneto beach (one of the most popular of the island).
From the center and from the Canneto starts the tour to the beaches or to the other islands.
However, I remain available for any further information.Get the full listing »
