The apartment of 80 square meters is suitable for 5, maximum 7 people.

living room with outdoor balcony and beautiful sea view on the bay of Gallipoli from which many photos were taken; in the living room there is a double sofa bed.
The apartment has a television in the living room and dishwasher, washing machine and microwave in the kitchen.
There is a conditioner in the corridor suitable for cooling all environments.
The apartment is one kilometer from the main course of Gallipoli - Corso Roma - and 2 kilometers from the historic center of Gallipoli consists of the old town located on a small island connected to the mainland by a bridge.
The apartment is located on the seafront of Gallipoli in via Dante Alighieri 8 in front of the beach of Lido San Giovanni, from here to the south begins the sandy expanse of Gallipoli, 8 kilometers long, with numerous equipped bathing establishments.
The shores of Baia Verde, a little more than a kilometer from the apartment in a southerly direction, are the most touristic, at sunset we celebrate happy hour with music and drinks.
In Gallipoli there are many discos, at Baia Verde there is the "Praja" and the "Ten", at 5 kilometers there is the "Riobo", there are only the best known.
The building is surrounded by many commercial activities, bars, pastry shops, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, therefore, thanks to its strategic position it is not necessary to use the car for any need.
You can park your car for free in the streets around the building of the apartment, it is easy to find a parking space in the immediate vicinity, with the exception of the month between 20 July and 20 August.
The most used means of transport, especially by young people, to go to the sea and to the discos is the bicycle easily rented in Gallipoli.
The price includes water and gas costs.
The price includes electricity for a daily consumption of 15 kWh equivalent to a rational use of energy, over this daily consumption the cost is 0.3 € / kWh used, in practice only if the air conditioner is always on for 24 hours a day with the windows open, consumption will be higher than that allowed with additional energy costs, otherwise electricity will be included in the rent.
