Two bedroom two bedroom apartment between Viale Corsica and Viale Argonne. In the immediate vicinity you will find the Milano Forlanini railway pass and Viale Corsica. The apartment consists of a large living room with sofa bed, open kitchen and balcony. There are two bedrooms both with single beds and a bathroom. Near the apartment there are some supermarkets, in Sismondi, and a pharmacy in via Negroli. From Viale Corsica you can reach the center of Milan in a few minutes by public transport.
Our prices include the Residence Service with assistance and include: VAT (where foreseen under 633/72) final cleaning costs, initial bed linen and towels, utilities (light and gas within daily use limits to avoid waste), reception of The Best Rent staff in the apartment, Wi-Fi Internet. There are no condo fees or agency fees.

Taxes not included in the price
- for stays of less than 30 nights there is a tourist tax of € 3 / day per adult (only for the first 14 days, exemptions for minors, residents, students in one of the universities recognized by the municipality of Milan, health reasons) ;
- for stays of 30 nights or more at the time of check-in, a transitory lease will be stipulated, for which registration is required to pay a stamp duty (equal to € 32) and a registration tax (equal to 2% of the rent with a minimum of € 67), only half of this amount is charged to the guest. Exemptions foreseen in case of application of the dry coupon regime, in the cases indicated by the law.

We remind you that upon check-in you will be asked for a security deposit, which must be paid by credit card; It will be returned within 24 working hours from the day of check-out.
In the event that you do not have a valid credit card, you can pay the amount of the security deposit in cash, in this case there is a supplement of: € 15 for check-outs from 8 am to 12.00 pm; € 20 for check-out from 7 am to 8 am; € 60 for check-out before 07.00.
The standard check-in time is from 15.00 to 21.00. There is a supplement of 30 € for check-in from 21.00 to 24.00; € 60 for check-in from 24.00 to 8.00.
Consumption of utilities
Please note that, in order to avoid waste, utilities are included up to a maximum daily amount, in order to avoid waste (the amount is different for type of apartment). The extra-threshold consumption will be charged at check-out as follows: € 0.50 / kWh, electricity, € 1 / mc, gas).
No smoking inside the apartment even with open windows. Electronic cigarettes are included in the ban.
It is forbidden to bring drugs of any kind into the apartment.
