Your floor is made up of a beautiful and elegant spacious suite with double bed and sofa bed and a second bedroom with double bed plus single bed. The floor also has a private bathroom to be in complete privacy.
Casa Regis 1842 is located in the village of Santa Cristina, inside the Regional Natural Park of the Sile, and a few meters from the Treviso-Ostiglia bicycle trail, which is 110 km long and is one of the longest in Veneto.
The canonical was built in 1842 as part of what was then the ecclesial village composed by the church, the cemetery and - in parallel - by the canonical. From where the name of the street where the canonical is located, via Chiesa Vecchia.

A ride around
It is the longest river in Europe. It is 8 km from Casa Regis and flows into the Venetian coast, crossing the Trevigiana Mark and the city of Treviso. Its course is followed by two cycle lanes and walks in the reach of all: the Ostiglia passing right in front of Casa Regis and that in Treviso connects with the Restera that reaches the sea (see Gira Sile, the Greenway of the Sile River ).
In Casacorba, 8 km from Casa Regis, you can see the sources of the Sile, the Fontanassi: magical and enchanting place, well-kept and well-marked. A walk absolutely to be done. And on the way back, a Cavasagra, it's worth staying in the magnificent Queen's Villa Corner.
It is possible to rent bicycles and tandem: Cyclostiglia in Santa Cristina which also cares for maintenance and repair.
On the other side of the Sile, a few hundred meters away, is the Canoa Club Sile, which organizes canoe trips along the river course immersed in the nature of the pristine Park.
In the church of Santa Cristina is displayed the magnificent Pala di Santa Cristina at Tiverone by Lorenzo Lotto (1504-06). Absolutely worth the visit!
The old center of Quinto di Treviso is 1.5 km away. You can reach the bicycle or walk from the house by leaving home (turning left). Beautifully renovated square recently, where to take a coffee or an aperitif in front of the river and from there take four steps to the old mills that overlook the Sile.
Badoere, at 7 km, with its unique and beautiful Piazza della Rotonda, is the visit! To see, in the square, the ancient Colombina texture. Every first Sunday of the month, on the square, there is the antique market. You can also easily get to your house by bike by taking the Ostiglia (and turning right).
Treviso center at 15 km. You can get there by bike from the house, taking the Ostiglia and turning left.
A historic town crossed by rivers and canals was an important agricultural supply base in Venice through the Sile River. To see Piazza dei Signori and the Pescheria with the Buranelli. Visit the recently restored Bailo Museum and the newly opened Salce Collection Museum. Fine exhibitions are held regularly at Ca 'dei Carraresi and Palazzo Giacomelli in the Garibaldi Riviera, in front of the Sile River.
Venice 35 km, or 30 minutes by train from Preganziol (the large station parking is free)! From Casa Regis you can reach Venice for intense touristic and artistic tours and return serene dinner in the greenery and tranquility of the garden trees south of the House.
