Welcome to my home and welcome to this amazing city! This is a beautiful and bright two bedrooms penthouse. Let me walk you through it a little more...
My stylish two bedrooms apartment is the perfect base when visiting Rome. Conveniently located in the exciting area of Esquilino and with excellent transport links, you’ll be right in the hub of the city but able to escape the hustle and bustle! It is a fantastic penthouse on the 7th floor (there is an elevator) of the historical building of 1888 in the heart of Rome.
The terrace has a big sofa with pillows so you can take sun baths! There is a big table for 8 persons, where you can drink wine watching a fantastic sunset, that is just incredible from up here! There is also a hanging chair to enjoy a fantastic view and relax!
The living area is light and airy with beautiful, modern design and lovely finishing touches. It is divided in two areas: the dining area that has a big table and an exit to the terrace and the living room that has a TV, a sofa and a double sofa bed.
The master bedroom has a super comfortable double bed and, with fresh luxury linens, what more do you need for a good night’s sleep? You don’t have to live out of your suitcase; plenty of storage room means you can get unpacking and start feeling at home right away. The plus? A huge bathroom with bath.
The second smaller bedroom in childrens' style has a big comfortable double bed and a bathroom with a small bath tub.
If cooking is your thing, you’re going to love spending time in the stylish kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use - you’ll enjoy showing off your culinary skills here! My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.
The apartment is your own. Cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens, it's prepared for each new visitor.

The neighborhood overview
Rome's Monti neighborhood is a collection of art galleries and enoteche (wine bars) just to the east of the Colosseum. And after a lengthy phase of urban re-organization, it is a mecca for young tourists traveling to the Eternal City. Bordering the Roman Forum and the Esquiline district, it is also just a stone's throw away from the Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore (with its unique Cosmatesque flooring) and from that of St. Peter in Chains, site of Michelangelo's glorious sculpture of Moses.
