Welcome to my beautiful apartment! There are two good-sized bedrooms - one with a large double bed, and one with two single beds. There is also a double sofa-bed in the large living room. So the apartment is perfect for a family of 5 or 6. There is also a wonderful colourful terrace with a large seating area and a barbecue. Here you will be able to enjoy your evenings, mornings and any time in between! We are very proud of this area and we hope you enjoy spending time here as much as we do.
We have recently had our bathrooms redone, so you will be some of the first guests to experience the lovely new bathrooms. The kitchen is also modern, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can use any of the appliances and all of the equipment provided.
The entire apartment will be at the guests disposal.

St. John's is one of the nicest and most popular areas of Rome. The S.John's Cathedral is really famous and beautiful, and a lot of other important Monuments, such as Colosseum or Fori Imperiali, are very close and can be reached on foot. There is a nice shopping area (Via Appia), a beautiful park (Villa Celimontana), and a metro station (St. John) very close to the house.
You are also quite near to the Pigneto area, the new cool place in Rome where lots of modern bars, clubs and cool places are popping up. Have a look if you are curious!
The apartment is in a very good place to get reached by public transportation. There is the metro station Re Di Roma– 13 minutes walking or S. GIOVANNI that are on the Metro A, only 15 minutes walking. In S.Giovanni there are a lot of bus stops too (Via Appia Nuova).
From Termini Station you get to the apartment in 15 minutes by metro (Metro A, direction Anagnina, 3 stops for S.GIOVANNI or 4 stops for RE DI ROMA) or in about 25 minutes by bus n.714 (5 stops, get off at P.zza S. Giovanni).
From Fiumicino Airport you can get a taxi and arrive in 40 minutes (45,00€) or you can go to Tuscolana station by train (25 minutes, 14,00€ per person) and then it’s less than 10 minutes walking.
From Ciampino Airport you can get a taxi and arrive in 35 minutes (30,00€) or you can go to Termini station by bus (45 minutes, 6,00€ per person) and then take the bus or the metro (read above).
If you’d like to go to San Peter’s Cathedral you need to take the Metro A (red line) for 9 stops from San Giovanni, getting off at Ottaviano Station.
For Spanish Steps you need to take the Metro A (red line) for 6 stops from San Giovanni, getting off at Piazza di Spagna Station. or to go the the centre by bus you can take the 85 and 810 from Via Taranto
To see the Colosseum, you have to arrive first at Termini and there switch the metro lines, taking the Metro B (blue line) for 2 stops, getting off at Colosseo Station.
If you come by car, you can easily park on the street but remember that if there are no lines or just white lines, it will be free. If you park on blue line you will need to pay at the machines on the street. It’s 1,00 €/h and it’s free on sunday.
Otherwise the nearest parking I think is the one near the metro Lodi:Address: Piazza Camerino,5 Ph(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)
