The accommodation facility, inside a historic home, is used for social, cultural, welfare, religious, sports, etc.
Individuals, organized groups, public bodies, social services, associations or families can use the private structure.
The property has 11 beds divided as follows: 1 room for 3 people, 1 room for 2 people, 1 attic for 6 people, 1 bathroom consisting of anteroom, 4 sinks, three showers, three toilets, 1 kitchenette.
The duration of the stay is free and at the discretion of the guests
Each bed has a mattress, pillow and blanket.
It is possible to have sheets and towels, products for personal hygiene, as well as slippers for access to the personal bathrooms of the rooms.
Hot water is available in the morning from 7 am and in the evening, starting at 6 pm.
The kitchenette is self-managed in common with the users.
Each is required to reorganize and clean the premises used, with particular regard to the common areas.
In case of damage to the structure to the furnishings, users must provide for compensation for the damage caused.
Inside the guesthouse it is forbidden to smoke, to introduce animals, to eat in the rooms.
The waste produced must be deposited in the appropriate containers and each must contribute to their transport and disposal.
The managers do not take any responsibility for the damage, theft to things stored inside and outside the guesthouse, while working as much as possible so that such unpleasant events do not occur.
The structure is managed by the Zero Gravity Association and is open by appointment.
