The accommodation is located on the mezzanine floor of a building situated in a very quiet neighborhood and has a separate entrance which leads directly into the living area, an open space with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, stove with four burners, oven electric, fridge with freezer, a round dining table, flat screen television and a three-seater sofa.
The sleeping area has a double bedroom with wooden floor and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is spacious and has a tub with shower. Finally, a storage compartment with the need for small cleaning and shelves to store your bags.
The prices include water, electricity, gas, heating, bed linen, bath and kitchen linen changed weekly.
Upon arrival you will be given the keys to move in total autonomy.

The neighborhood where the house is located is not far from the center and can be reached on foot with a nice ten minute stroll along the pedestrian path of the Reggia river.
The Wednesday is market day, both in Piazza Matteotti in the parking lot in front of the medieval fortress. Saturday, however, there is a market of the earth, with products from Km 0 of companies to Umbertide and surroundings.
In the village there are several supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, shops, self-service laundries, pizzerias, bars, restaurants, cinema, theater (a small jewel '800), the municipal swimming pool, the hospital and the local railway station (Ferrovia Centrale Umbra) that runs along the Perugia-Sansepolcro tract. Currently the stretch-Umbertide Città di Castello is interrupted for work but it works a replacement bus service.

The Umbertide town has ancient origins: founded with the name of Pitulum, then modified in Fratta, it acquired its present name in 1863 in honor of the sons of Uberto, riedificatori ancient city.
From the point of view of historical and artistic worth a visit the superb medieval fortress, the oldest of the Collegiate Church (mid-century. XVI) and the Piazza San Francesco with its three churches, S. Francis, S. Bernardino and Santa Croce, seat of the museum which houses a beautiful altarpiece by Luca Signorelli.
Nice walks can be practiced starting from the Market Square, on a pedestrian and cycle path that runs along the ancient walls and reaches the Tiber to go on nature trails along the river.
Surrounded by green hills covered with dense forests of oaks, holm oaks, hornbeams and chestnut trees, the surrounding area offers interesting excursions to discover ancient towers, the Abbey and the hermitage of Monte Corona, the medieval village of Montone, the Castle of Civitella Ranieri, Serra Partucci and Polgeto.
For lovers of walking, the path of the "Mattonata" Monte Corona (705 m) and the ascent to the summit of Monte Acuto (926 m), combine the natural, historical, archaeological and religious significantly, making you immerse in a distant past; 5500 hectares of natural area
protected part of the Natura 2000 European network, aimed at the protection and conservation of biodiversity of the prime areas.
The town of Umbertide is located in the Upper Tiber Valley, in the province of Perugia, and easily reached by car from either north or south on the E45 highway - SS Tiberina 3 bis.
A 25-minute drive to the south is the International Airport of "St. Francis of Assisi", in the locality of Sant'Egidio (PG).
