The apartment is the only housing unit of a building bordering other houses on the street, in a street very close to the center and parallel to the course of the town. The apartment which has 6 beds and 3 bathrooms is structured as follows.
You enter the first room-attic courtyard, adorned with green plants, through a gate, near which, in Via Vanini, you can easily park your car. The first room leads to another courtyard, not attic, with arches and a large planter and from this, through two large entrance doors, on the left you enter the house on the ground floor; proceeding straight ahead along the arched courtyard through 4 steps leads to the garden with lawn and trees and from this mezzanine floor, climbing to the left a short staircase leads to the second floor of the apartment.
The rooms on the ground floor are as follows: large kitchen with fireplace, stove and c. 5 burner stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge-freezer;
The living room has a large double sofa bed; double bedroom which, through a staircase, leads to a large terrace-solarium, equipped with a furnished gazebo in the summer; on the ground floor there are 2 bathrooms: one with shower which also has a washing machine; the other with a Jacuzzi.
On the mezzanine floor from the balcony, in front of the citrus garden, there is access to a 2-bed room which has a bathroom with shower. Access to this floor, running alongside the courtyard and the garden, is independent of the rooms on the ground floor.
The house has convectors, hot-cold, and is supplied in the living room with an efficient small pellet stove; it is also equipped with electronic watering of green areas and plants and brick barbecue.
N. B: Customers residing in the home have, in the summer season, also the opportunity to take advantage of the large swimming pool located at the magnificent "Masseria Pizzo Falcone", located just one km from home, at a special price.
Casa Sibilla, finely restored in 2010, maintains characteristics of Salento antiquity, vaulted ceilings and ancient floors. It is so called by a ceramic sculpture of Deruta umbra, depicting the Greek Sibyl, walled in the upper part of an arch of the courtyard.
Supersano, lying flat on the Salento countryside, is protected at the top by a dense and long pine forest, with a historic castle, and a small and peaceful village located in the center of Salento, therefore equidistant with a few km, from both the seas and the most beautiful seaside towns of Salento. Castro, Marittima, Santa Cesarea, Alimini, Otranto etc .; On the Ionian Sea Gallipoli, Ugento, Santa Maria di Leuca Leuca on both, etc. It is also close to historic cities: 10 km from Maglie, 45 from Lecce; and to magnificent ancient villages. For example, Specchia, 7 km away, has been named among the 10 most beautiful villages in Italy.
Supersano is also the seat of a medieval farmhouse, now famous and prestigious restaurant-agritourism, "Le Stanzie", a place to visit an ancient Salento oil mill.
