Naples over the centuries, and especially during the Bourbon era, underwent major transformations from the urban point of view and not only, becoming one of the most important cities in Europe and one of the main destinations of the Grand Tour.
Neighborhoods, ports, industries, roads, urban waste disposal, churches, academies, monuments, everything was transformed and modernized.
In particular, in 1852, it was designed and then realized by important and famous architects of the time, one of the most important streets of Naples,
Corso Vittorio Emanuele, already named Maria Teresa in honor of the queen.
The building was designed by Ferdinand II of Bourbon to connect the planned expansion zone (Chiaia and Piedigrotta) to half the coast with the current Salvator Rosa and then with the area of the Archaeological Museum, as well as, with Capodimonte.
The road with its length, about 5 kilometers, seems to cut the city in two parts, just like a tangent, in addition to the construction there were precise directions in respecting the enchanting view preventing constructions on the left side of the road.
The corso Vittorio Emanuele during those years has already become a popular residential area, with the construction of important palaces that could enjoy not only the view of the gulf but also the good air and funiculars connecting the upper part to the historic center.
Following the corso Vittorio Emanuele at the University Suor Orsola level and precisely between the two funiculars, in a historic palace, we find the apartment Isa Guest House.
Entering through the majestic gate, just a few meters to the left, we find the entrance of the apartment of about 65 square meters featuring a nice lantern on the top of the door.
We walk just a few meters entering, to notice immediately the colorful pavement with characteristic figures of Vietri ceramics.
A small corridor introduces us into a large open space with a cozy living room consisting of a double sofa bed and, in front of it, a wall equipped with an LCD television in the center; while on our left we find a bathroom with shower.
On the right wall we find a modern well-equipped kitchen with all the accessories that looks out on to a lovely internal terrace with a colorful table with chairs.
Few steps away from living we have the bedroom with a double bed, with a triptych of very special and colorful paintings, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
The Isa Guest House apartment, besides being equipped with WIFI, have air conditioners and heating system.
Isa Guest House is very pretty and has the advantage of being strategically located to reach the most important tourist destinations in the city.
